In my experience I’d drop the cheats. They are only hindering you at this point. If fat loss is the goal. Work towards the goal and then eat as you wish once you’ve accomplished it. I always cut cheats on prep as simply there is no place for them.

hi mate, after a long diet would you reverse diet back to ur surplus calories slowly or to straight into surplus? i mean why use food straight away if u can apply progressive overload in deficit or maintance calories? thanks:)
Hey bud. I’d go back to maintenance initially and then slowly increase calories week to week. But this depends if your natural or assisted. And whether you need a break from gear or not. Quite a lot of factors come into play when deciding what to do post show with food. But always take your time with increasing to minimise fat gain and remain sensitive

I like to place my carbs on rest days in my last 2 meals. I currently have around 150g across those 2 meals.

Hey guys. Early session for me today. And it was a productive one ! Snatch grip rdl went well. Hit a pr. didn’t go as deep as I would as my limb length is just working against me. I take the bar to mid shin but don’t get my back at a right angle because of the length of my femurs. The feeling I get in my back is crazy good and feels safe. So I’ll work in my range rather than everyone else’s.

The hack is steep and hurts my knees a lot. The pendulum is heavy as fuck so it’s an ego killer. But I have to agree. A lot of there bits aren’t great but they do have some good bits too.
