    Felt off in the gym today. Flat. Tired. Ready to eat and have a day off which I would be having tomorrow usually so I’m defo ready. Stomach was bloated. Food didn’t really digest very well at iftar and I was dehydrated. So not a good mix. But I got in with it. Got the water in and smashed my training session. Rdls went down very well with a rep up and felt strong throughout the rest of the session.

    Tomorrow I’ll rest without a feed crack on with 2 days training Monday and Tuesday and if it’s eid Wednesday rest that day and have a day off my diet. Can’t wait !! Gotta hold on and not over analyse my flat look and dig a little. I’m sure it’ll pay off in fat loss too so win win

    Back in for push tonight. Another very tiring day. Feel very backed up in my digestion too but as I said it’s getting very close to the end of Ramadan now so just gotta dig in and get it done.

    Rest day today. Bit backwards to my usual because I felt smashed from legs the day before and I was dragged shopping for furniture. So ye that took up time so routine was a bit out. Walk was late. Tiring and felt weak so did cardio after my food and I was struggling and even ended up going hypo so that was shit too lol. But day is done. Boxes ticked and it’s into push tomorrow for a big session and then it’s 4 days if Ramadan left and am I ready for normality ! You Bet ya !

    Legs done. Pretty short shape and intense session which is how I always move through leg sessions when training solo. Moved to the pendulum today to see how it was on my knees and it wasn’t great lol but not terrible either. Switched to the lying prime ham and that smashed me. Utilising the strength curve flexibility is very nice

    3x lying prime harm curl
    2x pendulum
    2x 45 degree leg press
    3x adductor
    3x leg extension
    3x calf raise.

    Looks a short session and it is but very effective and I feel smashed. Legs done in 90 mins

    Providing you aren’t feeling any issues during lifting due to running then imo it’s not interfering it’s aiding you as mentally your happy, and physically you are very fit ! Win win.

    Pull session and non hinge day. Struggled to get motivated to train. Felt so tired and sluggish. Even bloated. Now I don’t need a deload again it’s just being in Ramadan taking it’s toll on me. So it’s dig in and carry on now until it’s done. 7 days left and were there celebrating Eid. Pull session however I felt went incredibly well. Strong af. PBS on single arm pull-down, then into heavy chest supported t bar, chest supported mid back/lat row, pannata low row, pannata upper back pull-down finished with 2 biceps. Single arm Cable concentration curl, dumbbell curl.

    Big session. Feel drained now. Eat and sleep !

    It’s just going hard and being aggressive with calories/output usually for short amount of time to pull as much off to get back into a growing phase as fast as possible

    If it’s not needed due to bloods I wouldn’t bother. However it is true the thyroid bounces back in pretty much every case I’ve seen. I’ve never not seen it bounce back after using exogenous t3 tbh

    Push today was good but absolutely rammed in there. More than ever before for me to be honest. Was wank. Using different machines than normal. I still had a good session but that’s just because I’m really in the zone with training now. Hopefully be quieter tomorrow and can get on the usual kit I need to test where I am.

    Yo guys !! So refeed went in and I fucking eat ! I had to. It’s not fun tbh as I have mentioned before just eating all night. Getting full up and feeling shit then waiting a bit and going again. Not nice. Shitting all day today lol. But there’s no other way in Ramadan cuz you just can’t space it out enough.

    Tough today today guys. 10k Steps all done and 45 mins stairmaster before I broke my fast. That was difficult. The steps was not too bad. Had a little break in between my walk. And was fine after but the 45 I was dying last 10 mins I wasn’t sure I’d make it haha. Got home and started the refeed so all is well and good now. Definitely my tightest and best look so far of this diet today on my check in. Still so much to get off but the looks getting better every week so we keep rinsing and repeating as what we are doing it working so I’m looking forward to a strong week from tomorrow refuelled and refreshed. Push day tomorrow let’s go !
