    So Dubai is still pretty much a non mover today again. Roads pretty trashed. Water everywhere still and alot of roads closed and same for businesses and gyms. Didn’t risk going to Binous so was cardio at the community gym and then legs at a local
    Snap fitness. Hard session just due to the fact I had to smith squat ! Upped the volume a bit and just went at it. Squats ruined me so that set the tone for the session. At home now with 4 hours until I need to leave for the airport and I’m shattered watching Arsenal. Cannot be arsed with it tbh but gotta be done. So I’ll speak to you all tomorrow .

    Gosh today was unbelievable. Todays weather in Dubai was something I’ve never seen in all my time. Never in Uk. Never anywhere. Rain so bad the whole city flooded. Flooded so bad you couldn’t really even drive anywhere it was so bad. I’m talking floods so bad peoples houses were ruined. People’s cars were took away floating away. People were stranded from driving down flooded streets.

    So this meant I had to brave it to fetch my passport from the apartment as some stuff is there and try go gym. Hardest day ever.

    Nearly lost the car a few times. Nearly got stranded and v wet feet sometimes too. Didn’t eat until 4.30 after being in the car for at least 2.5 hours. Hair cut took an hour. Trying to get all cardio steps and lift was so hard. Gym was impossible to get to with the surrounding roads ruined . So late session at the community gym and it ended up being ok. Praying it’s all fixed tomorrow because I even changed my flight to Sweden to Thursday to prevent any further complications wish me luck

    Had some diorreah last night guys and I didn’t feel great this morning and during training which wasn’t nice but then again defo not enough to stop me training or anything so just got on with it even though I felt pretty rubbish and sluggish throughout the session. That being said numbers weren’t bad and I felt I got a good pump.

    Routine changed today due to the location we live and the kids at school. So that means training at 12 and getting to the school to get them for 2.45ish so no messing. Train, cardio and out. Worked well but it was a bit difficult when everyone wants to talk to you so need to be a bit ignorant and just get on with my session. Bigger session with a hinge tomorrow so hopefully moves smoothly and don’t get interrupted much lol

    Rest day guys as you know never the most eventful but I’ll run you through what I did anyway lol.

    Woke up did a little work then straight in for some cardio and steps then home for meal 1 and to the gym to meet Luis and abdullah to run through some posing and have in person check ins. That was good. Finished cardio while there at the gym then home to finish check ins out for some more steps and then chill and here we are. Back to it for a push session tomorrow !!

    Don’t get too heavy and make sure you get peeled in between growth phases.

    Hey guys. So woke up in the new place and had a disaster lol well started off well. 20 mins cardio, 40 mins steps and back home for meal 1 and a shower. Got in the shower and the water cut out while I was fully soaped up. Like stopped completely. So shouted my boy and got a bottle of water and had to use that to wash the soap off with lol. Then off to train and that actually went very well. Strong session. Best I’ve done chest supported t bars with a solid 8 reps back was fried. Post workout 30 mins stairs and home for food and steps. Waters still not on in the new place either so that’s shit lol but we’re making do. Anyway I guess this is what happens when you move into a brand new house that’s never been lived in before. Rest day tomorrow and a catch up day with work and meeting some clients for posing. Abdullah and Luis last touches as he flys to Spain Monday for the show next week Sunday.

    Weird day guys. Moving day. Not nice. Hate these days as they’re so stressful. But it’s done now and I still managed to maintain my routine and keep everything as it should be so that’s a plus. Cardio went in early with a few thousand steps, then first meal and some more steps and off to the gym for push. Nice session. Great pump and kind of liked my look in a vest lol. Need to just like my look topless now. Good 5/6kg and I think I’ll be happy haha. But we will see .. nice and steady. No rush.

    Update

    I had followed your suggestions and increased the calories for some time. However, I developed a strong hunger and appetite due to the long diet and then often ate over maintenance calories and have now undone some progress. Now I feel trapped in this skinny fat status again.

    I would like to ask for online coaching here because I feel like I’m treading water and not really making any progress.

    Hey guys. Had a complete day off yesterday as I said with just cardio staying in. Had a great day. Literally felt like I was on holiday I haven’t enjoyed doing nothing and playing with my kids in the pool for years and honestly it gave me more than anything I’ve done recently that I honestly just didn’t want it to end. Incredible day. Food was good off plan, big breakfast with the works and a Caribbean in the evening with desert and snacks lol. Super full Today!

    Today back to it legs on the menu for my return and I honestly felt fired up and energetic from resting and eating that it made yesterday’s day off even better than I had first thought. Smashed training

    Mental day. Last day of Ramadan. Proved to be a long one. Work, Steps, work, hotel check in, 20 min pre iftar stairs, iftar, train, post workout cardio and now just watched Arsenal draw with Bayern.

    This hotel is awesome. Got a free upgrade to the best suite at the w. So this is class. So chill tonight. Smashed pull. 220 rdl/Dorian sent in for 5 reps after Rdls Saturday. So not fully recovered but I wanted to go out from fasting with a bang lol. Cardio early tomorrow. After that it’s chill. No steps. No diet. LFG. Rest and reset completely before we go again.     Rest day today guys. Nice rest day too. Out for a walk late afternoon with Matt. Got my cardio in post iftar and went hypo lol. That’s about it today aside from work and a haircut. And I actually didn’t do much else. Boring I know. But that’s life lol. I did however book a hotel for eid. So we will stay Tuesday night and wake up eid morning in the hotel and have a good breakfast and chill there all day and I’ll just do cardio maybe a little workout in the hotel super early and then relax all day and just be with the family. Have that day off plan and use that as what I didn’t have today which is my usual off plan day. So that’ll be nice. Fill up and a big stress drop too refresh ready for when routine resumes.
