    Feeling way better today guys. As you saw yesterday I was very blunt. Thing is rest days don’t give much to talk about. And when you feel fucked it just gets you down that you feel shit, can’t train and look shit too so sorry about that.

    Todays a better day as I said. So today I’ll be going to hit a push session with Bob and one of his clients in a different gym so the change of scenery will be nice too for me to freshen up.

    Went out for some food with cal and harv, Zoe and our partners. So was nice to have some quality sushi. Feel way fuller today and not much softer tbh. Little puffy but nothing a day on plan won’t fix today.

    Seminar was awesome today. The turn out I expected we did not get unfortunately. But… the quality was there. The engagement was there. The back and forth and questions were great too. So it was defo worth it. And it was a lot of fun I love it. Tiring ended up being a complete rest day and another high calorie day. Looking forward to a little pump and cardio day tomorrow just to feel like me again. Will get it in fairly early and enjoy the rest of the day hopefully see cal and chill. We will see.

    I’d try and lower volume a little like meg says first then see how that feels. If not much change I’d switch the split

    Hey guys. Not a great day. Felt a niggle in my front delt that looks off anyway. But cracked on and felt strong whole training. Didn’t get much of a pump at all either which is weird. Posed after too and I didn’t enjoy how I looked at all. Was horrible. Shoulder was lob sided and protruding forward. I was so flat it just threw my proportions off so much was shit. Pictures looked horrible. Nothing like me at all. So of course I was with cal and he saw and agreed so foods up and output is down I need to rectify this asap. I’ve put a decent amount of food away this evening nothing shit just clean carbs and a bit of cereal so hopefully it’s a better look tomorrow.

    Seminar tomorrow at Binous I’m well nervous about then it’s back day and we’re hinging so that’s something I wanna be on point for as training needs to be at a high level to get my physique back on track too.

    I’ve had mine operated on. It never hurt but it was big and the doc advised I have it operated on. I never avoided anything and trained as normal right up until my surgery

    Did the doctor tell you it wasn’t a big deal for the hernia to keep training or you just trained anyway? Everywhere I read they tell you not to lift any heavy stuff.

    The only danger is strangulation so if it’s big it’s best to get it fixed. If I was you I’d train normally but get booked in to get it fixed. If your worried about it getting bigger then maybe avoid certain lifts that could cause internal abdominal pressure and make it bigger. But really The only time you avoid lifting is post surgery

    Let’s see how I am tomorrow for push. Hopefully energy is good and I’m back to it feeling 100% and ready to have it this week with hard training and of course the seminar this Saturday

    Rest day and again felt absolutely smashed. 30’mins cardio done today and just felt exhausted. Planned on doing some more this evening went to pick cal up and he advised I chilled skipped cardio. Had some food and started bringing my baseline food up.

    I would retest bloods in 4-5 weeks to asses were prolactin is and were sex drive is and see if it needs bringing down further.

    Can you re confirm cycle please as im presuming it isn’t test and test

    Also what was the range of the E2 – as that looks pretty close to bottom end of the UK range and even tho its in range this can also cause low sex drive

    Worst session in so long today. Woke up feeling a bit under the weather. Sore throat little headache but cracked on as usual and did cardio worked and meal 1. Then went gym and just knew something wasn’t right felt dizzy and off balance and had a sick feeling in my stomach but I was there now so just thought take it easy don’t go as heavy and stop shy of failure. Even though I did this it still felt so hard. And I was sweating so much too just not good at all. So got home eat fell asleep and here we are. Praying I’m better tomorrow as even though it’s rest day I don’t want to get sick and plus Calum is here tomorrow evening too.

    Day was thrown right out today. Mrs was hit with the flu so meant I had to get the kids from school which is when I am usually in the gym. Traffic was not even worth entertaining going to the gym at the time after I got them. So it’s a community gym session again. Pull day which I’d done here before so I knew I could get a half decent session in just a high rep failure set for a change. Crazy pump too.
