    So 96.2 today which is a 0.7 gain but in excellent condition. Imo petty unmatched to last weeks. So that’s awesome. Cal is happy and has very gradually bump my food. Really gradual like 50g Cooked rice gradual lol. But I’m easy. Weights up.so is strength and condition is really nice. Push was good. Hit good numbers. Tomorrow it’s pull and time to really use this days sushi. Gonna kill it !

    Can we see some pics ? Weight loss isn’t too drastic for a short aggressive cut. The look so what I’d be going off coupled with performance and pumps. If they’re down then you likely need a high day or 2 with some rest from lifting also

    Rest day today shattered. Tiredness is definitely smashing me at the min. Busy with work but still annihilating my sessions and keeping my routine water tight. 20 mins rowing this morning 10 mins cross trainer then steps across the day. Went to look at some cars too. Can’t decide what to have at all though lol. Heads not bothered at all. All I care about right now is work and bodybuilding. Nothing else. Check in day tomorrow and sushi off plan meal day. Switch off and reset for the week ahead. LFG .

    Pull session today and decided to try some sldls which believe it or not I have never done !! So worked up to 200 which I was very surprised with. Did it for 3 reps and thought I’ll leave it there and come back to it next session. They looked good. Not perfect but good. Cal suggested I pulled off plates next time to just keep tension rather than a complete rest when dropping the bar to the floor. But all in all they felt good. Rest of the session went very well and back looked great after. And so did the front to be honest. So that was awesome and very uplifting to see. Was super tired after so will have a rest tomorrow day before check in day Saturday.

    If it’s not broken brother don’t fix it. You said your progressing well and I’d never recommend not having a rest day after an upper and a lower consecutively.

    So my client ended up feeling unwell and not making the session so I went to Binous as usual and hit a solid session there. Strength was good. Pump was unreal. Felt so so good. I just feel good but when I took pics I didn’t feel amazing looking at them. But who knows maybe it’s mind games. We’ll see if I’ve put any weight on tomorrow morning and see if I am moving up now after a drop in weight last week. Weeks flying by. Pull session tomorrow and it’s Thursday ! Meaning we’re then into Fridays rest day and Saturdays off plan which has come round so bloody fast !

    Rest day today and I’ve been absolutely trashed all day. Hypo early. Then another post cardio. Then I stupidly went for a long walk in the sun to get steps in and that absolutely trashed me too. So just been struggling all day. Gonna get to bed now and ready for a big push session tomorrow with my client onur. Get some weight lifted and mixed up as we’re going train sf so will hit the Atlantis incline there for a change.

    I think it can happen. It won’t with everyone but I wouldn’t be worried. Mine is sometimes toward the end of end day when all food is in. Outside of that I’m fine as food doesn’t change.

    Successful leg day in the books but I am trashed !!! 3rd day training in a row and super busy week of work, filming and launching. So ye I’m mashed. Rest day tomorrow and honestly it can’t come quick enough. Switched up my leg days and I’m so glad. No sleeves. No knee pain. All perfect. However. A bit sore now but nothing while training.
