Decided to wake another rest day as today I simply just could not even get up. Whacked. I have hit a wall with fatigue and just need to rest. Simple as that. Feel absolutely terrible. The tiredness was crazy and felt so hard to get going. Got a lot of work done though so that was good and will take advantage again tomorrow and get a load done once again. Not really happy that I didn’t take this rest sooner. I expressed I was feeling like this but cal got me to power through which of course was a bad idea looking back. Need to listen to my body more and not just do as I’m told.

Rest day today and again felt smashed all day. Not a nice feeling. Push tomorrow with my client who’s new so be good to put him through his paces and see how he performs and show him the intensity we expect. As usual today back to normal with steps and back to plan with food fully. Another normal day tomorrow and we’re back to being locked in. Hopefully I feel a bit more energetic and driven tomorrow rather than sluggish like I have today and yesterday.

Good pull session today. Everything felt amazing. Obviously because I was full of carbs and fats from Xmas day lol. I was bursting full and felt every movement really really well. Even my chest and delts were popping full and I didn’t even train them at all. That’s when you know you’re full. Made me think that’s how I should be looking all the time. So maybe things need pushing a bit. I don’t know. But what I do know is I don’t feel like I’m making the progress I should be. Which is not a nice feeling. Anyway. My sleep routine is a mess. I’m constantly shattered after all the food and shit yesterday. Just need to get back to feeling good and feeling myself again. Hopefully that’s tomorrow.

Christmas Eve and I woke up super late as I’m on uk time which means I’m up now when everyone is asleep as I’m still on uk time! So came out for some steps
Trained shoulders today with a little biceps and triceps and a tiny chest pump too. Tomorrow is the yearly Xmas leg day so choices are binous super early or the hotel gym we’re at. It’s not a bad gym so I know I can get a good session there so not a concern on whether it’ll be good or not but it does mean smith machine squats so… we will see what time I wake up and how I feel and decide based on that !

My advice is see a physio with some bodybuilding background or at least some lifting knowledge who can help diagnose and treat you rather than doing something invasive like injections

Travel day and I was 10 mins from check in closing. Jesus I was shitting myself. Sprinting through the airport. Didn’t even have time to fill the hire car with fuel. Just dumped it and ran 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️. Oh well.
Training and cardio got done that’s the main thing lol. Steps down cuz of the flight but we can live with that for a day.

So sorry for the radio silence but I have been out of action for 2 days. Uk weather has ruined me. Not fun ! But we’re coming round today. Managed some cardio today. No steps and some good food to try and make myself feel better and that’s about it. Will get back to it tomorrow with a big push session and hope to be able to get it in before an early leg session on Monday before i fky back home and I can’t wait for that either ! It’s Xmas time my fav time of the year.
