Not unless they cause inflammation from the gluten etc. I would use some but not in all meals over rice etc

How much carb you eat now and cardio. weeks out ?

Good pull session today that if I’m honest I was not super motivated for. At all … but I known what I need to do and I smashed it. Beat numbers with better form. So tick on the box and a decent rest day tomorrow before we get back to it. I think it’s time for a drop in calories tomorrow too. So time for a hard dig this week. Actually tempted to get very low and feed at weekend now. Really push it and remove a good 6/700cal and go for it. I need to get in shape and I’ve wasted time so let’s get it done.

Carbs 280. 8 weeks from holiday and 20 weeks from competition. My plan is to get a few kg away from stage while on holiday and then keep working in prep there but have one off plan meal per week. Then hammer down for the next part of prep when I return. Where I’ll be around 8 weeks out.

Rest day today guys and just lowered my food for a harder dig into the next couple of weeks. I need to see some big changes so I know im gonna have to suffer a bit here. Just under 8 weeks and I want 8kg off at least. So food dropped by 400kcal and I’m ready to push lypolytics too ! May hold off clen increase for now and just do yohimbine. See the dates of when it went in initially and decide based on that.

In for push tomorrow with a client that’s over from Kuwait so that will be good to see him and have a look over in person.

Which class are you thinking of entering ? We can only see a rear double. Add some front shots in too so we can see the rest of your physique

It’s normal for sure. And if it’s people who don’t understand bodybuilding don’t listen to it at all. You are working to get peeled ? You are going to lose overall volume in size. In clothes for sure you’ll be smaller. But often w when you are topless or whatever you’ll look bigger and better.

Entirely up to you. You don’t have to add fat. It’s based on your caloric needs and macro requirements. That meal is fine as it is if you do not need any additional fat

Very strong leg session today. Wasn’t expecting it to be honest. 160 for a solid ten on the gym Leco hip press and 6.5 plates for a good 8 on the hack which is a plate up on last session. So very happy with that. Knees were decent too. Don’t want jinx it lol. But my digestion is feeling better and my weights starting to drop a little too so I’m hoping that continues. New low of 103.7 where as my weight ballooned around 10 days ago to 106.5 ish. It’s been a roller coaster these first few weeks of dieting really made minimal progress so I am really ready to push hard now. This week we go again.

If they’re improving don’t worry about weight. If they’re mashed then they may need some rest and higher food. But if they’re better then they likely don’t. Scale weight isn’t everything

Good pull session today. Feeling absolutely battered though. Work has been mentally exhausting and my sleeps not been great at all. Outside of training I struggled a lot today to get my shit in order. From work to steps. Been a lot of headache from clients and tbh it’s just not worth feeling like this from it. I give everything to my clients and I feel like this time I’ve given too much and it’s took its toll on me.

Legs tomorrow hoping for a decent session followed by a proper rest day I can really chill on

the problem is that it happened overnight so I don’t know if it’s really what you’re saying, knowing that some days I manage to eat well, I have an appetite etc… and some days even when I’m starving every mouthful disgusts me,

If ever it’s been about 2 years since I started bodybuilding and I’ve never had this problem, and I’ve always been in the past and I’ve never done any maintenance or deficit ( 55kg to 96kg rn), thank you very much for your answers, I really appreciate it and I’ll take good note of them.

It can just come on over night like this. It’s not unheard of to feel the way you are.

Get some cardio in. Get your calories down. Start dieting and pulling some fat off then you’ll get hungry and start reversing slowly titrating your food up again

Push day in the books today and binous has the most outrageous set of dbs! Up to 200lbs and a novelty pair of 500s which is mental. Anyhow. Shoulders were first today so hit some db shoulder press and they felt really good so looking forward to running them up to be honest. 55s for a comfortable 6 today. Want 60 for 6 in the coming weeks. Strong across the board today tbf. So in for pull tomorrow let’s see how that goes !!

  • You need a balance of everything. The old school thought processes are that these exercises build mass but really everything does. Train each body part frequently with a mix of compound and isolation exercises and you will grow.
