Pull day today and I fucking randomly got some weird trapped nerve thing in my back. Like behind my lung. So bad. Couldn’t breathe properly. When I took a breath in it would hurt. So as you can imagine that majorly affected my pull session. Which really annoyed me. Biggest joke is I was just sitting to eat my meal 1 and it randomly just happened before I even went gym so I didn’t even do anything to cause it! Must be getting fucking old. Not sure whether to rest tomorrow because there’s no way I can train legs like this. Hopefully it eases off tonight 🙏🏽

So … today u woke up feeling terrible. Didn’t sleep well all night. Woke up and had cold sweats and fever, my legs and joints were aching like fuck too and I was so annoyed and frustrated… I was like no!!! How can I be ill again. Wtf is going on. I’ve been ill so many times it’s unreal. Anyway I thought right. I’ll skip cardio this morning and not take my fat burners and just have a 15 min walk and eat meal one. I still felt shit so just thought f it. I’m not having this… went in the shower and drove to the gym. Felt crap all push session but … got through it. Did post workout cardio and actually when I got home and eat I started to feel better ! I’m not 100% but I’m defo better.
I started thinking and spoke to jp and I thought why has this happened. I had a bad l carnitine shot day before yesterday I even got a bruise and a blister from it. So I think maybe that bad shot gave me this fever ? Maybe maybe not. Will see how I am tomorrow. Hunger was high today too so I welcome that because to me that’s fat leaving ! Let’s go !

Rest day today that was well needed. Aches and pain everywhere. Back was so sore from yesterday sesion even though it was sluggish as I said I still put volume through it so I really felt it. And of course second day dieting today on lower calories. Was not very hard at all tbh. 40 min cardio in too and 7.5k steps. Steps are low cuz of the heat and I hate walking on a treadmill so will just prefer to do cardio. Push tomorrow and looking forward to it. Good night sleep tonight and attack the day tomorrow.

Pull day today and day 1 of the diet. Not great with the late start I had but it is what it is. Yohimbine and clen rocked my world line never before lol.
Pull session was so sluggish. Could not get going at all. Think it’s just the low test catching up with me. And the fact I’m super tired. Anyway. Rest day tomorrow a chance to smash my variables and get some good rest before push on Wednesday and a better crack at my routine on training days.

And that is it. Last day off plan and tomorrow we are locked in. Late night tonight which isn’t ideal but it is what it is. Tomorrow we start the shred. Gh in, clen in, yohimbine and l carnitine… it’s go time. Will get up get it in have a black coffee and get my cardio and some steps in. Then we go get work in and crack on until training.
Push delt focus was a sluggish session today tbh. Needed extra warm ups and felt kind of sore but got into it and ended up being a decent session.

Leg day today and a nice off plan meal at meat moot with the family and jp and his wife Steph. Awesome food. Awesome company and not a bad leg session too haha. Knee was pretty sore too tbh after hitting them Monday too and doing heavy hacks. So squats were painful but got it done and didn’t do anything that made it worse as such so we move with a good leg day in the books. Big push session with some delt focus tomorrow. But first it’s an in person posing session with a client and then we will get to it. .

I think for some people they use this as a period of time where anabolics are low and the diet is started in conjunction health markers are restored and some body fat dropped before prep officially starts with the anabolics going in after clear blood work.

Rest day today guys. Went out for an all you can eat breakfast a really nice place. Loads of eggs and avocado on toast lol. Felt so sick after was not fun. Too much fat and I’m just not used to it at all. But anyway the occasion was nice the kids and kelly loved it.
Cardio done as normal. Steps in. Work done and chill. Leg day tomorrow and we’re out for dinner tomorrow. Getting the meals in because Monday we are all in no off plan

Pull day today. Nice session and we are back in with an rdl. 180 for 8 today moved pretty well tbh. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than a heavy pull so that was great. Some chest supported t bar, single arm nautilus pull down, lower lat cable row and upper back pull-down.
Well earned rest day tomorrow before a big leg session on Saturday.

Good push session in the bag today. Training is starting to get fun again now I’m with jp again not that it wasn’t fun but I have enjoyed being back in with him. There’s a seriousness to our sessions. Something that makes me feel like there’s purpose to the training. Gonna really get this on next week and get some fat off fast. See how I look super lean then have my last push up and go from there. Within the next 8 weeks I want to be within striking distance to a show condition wise then grow from there. Pull tomorrow. Have a bit of a dodgy lower back so not sure if I’ll be ok to rdl but it’s needed for sure so hopefully we can get them in and get that routine back into play too.

Hey guys. Not sure why yesterday’s blog post hasn’t uploaded because I had a fucking brutal leg session. Strong on hacks too and bad no knee issues … until today. God the left knee is a fucker today. So so sore! But anyway hack squats were good. 6 plates a side for 10 continuous reps then loaded 7 on and got 5 which in all honesty I wasn’t super happy with as I know fresh that’s gonna be an easy 8 at least l
Rest day today but a busy one. Gym to train 2 online clients from Iraq who are over. Both looking insane to. Those boys are beasts they love bodybuilding and their adherence just shows so so much in everything they do. It’s so refreshing to see
