Rest day over with today and it was a good one a day trip to the mall with the boys really was the highlight. Steps got done super easy and cardio for smashed first thing too. Mixed it up with 15 min row. 20 mins cross trainer and 10 min bike. Finished with abs home for food and then on the way to the mall nipped it and got a bloody lovely haircut haha

Back day today and there were some crazy roadworks which meant I had a workout in the community gym and it was actually pretty epic haha. Rdl / bb row on the smith nailed me. So you do an rdl lower into a bent over row and row then back down then an rdl and just repeat until your erectors are toast. Was bloody awesome. Finished with biceps and cardio and that’s it. 10 days into dieting and starting to see the tiniest bit of progress lol. Changes to be made Monday to step on the gas and see even more!

Very nice delt focused push session enjoyed it. Felt fairly strong considering I’m running true trt for my now 6/7th week and dieting too. So yeah not bad. Not where I have been. But not bad at all. In for a pull session tomorrow hopefully able to hinge. Had a twinge in my back and it’s kind of come back after going. So I’m hoping that passes because it’s like a weird pain in my mid back behind my lung which actually restricts my breathing and hurts when I breathe in hard so it’s super annoying and really stops me from hinging or doing the big moves that do gas you out. So I will keep you all updated on how it goes .

Rest day today as I said. Much needed. For a decent amount of steps in however no haircut. Cardio boxed off went binous for stairs as i just didn’t feel the cross trainer etc. it was the safe bet stairs to punish me – sleep was shit so sluggish to get it done so thought guarantee push is stairs when I feel like this. Push tomorrow. Very much lookin forward to it

Great pull session today. Performance in a good spot for pull for sure so was happy about that. Especially with the 3rd session in a row being today. Looking forward to the rest day tomorrow as I have a massage booked too so will knock out morning cardio and then just get the massage and chill getting steps in.

Push session today … not bad. Not amazing. But not bad. Not too much to report on aside from took pics post session and hated them. Spoke to cal and he stopped me dropping calories. So will be a bit patient and give it another few days to a week then make my first adjustment. Pretty hungry this evening too so I guess something is happening. But we will see. In for pull tomorrow. Looking forward to finishing this 3 day run of training and having a nice rest day on Tuesday

Good leg session today. Well it was good. But I hurt my knee and could only do 1 hack set so that was annoying af!! But leg press was ok and the rest if the session went well. Plus it was at Olympia gym with the boys and that makes it even better. Olympia gym is a beast of a gym and I really do need to start making more trips there because it’s so well equipped so big and it’s just cool af. Busy with work today and tomorrow morning. Client got an overall win in nz which was really cool but super low on sleep because of it and the time difference. Peaking someone with that difference in time is not easy as you simply can’t sleep with the hourly updates. But it is what it is I welcome it I fucking love it.

Usually and it’s very easy to confuse water and body fat. One thing I recommend is not being concerned with water when you have fat to lose. The only time you should really be concerned with water is when you are peeled and water is blurring a look. Until then just get fat free and the water will go with the fat 9/10

Rest day. Definitely needed. Stress is bloody high at the minute sorting this car bullshit out. The effort, time and money I have to invest to just get my money for my car from the insurance is a joke. The way they operate these situations out here I just do not understand at all. I have to wait another 1-2 months before I can even get a pay out for my car it’s an absolute joke. All the while I have to pay out my own pocket for a fucking rental.
Anyway work, cardio steps and dealing with that shit all day today. Tomorrow we’re in for legs !

Depends on the time – prep or off season. If In prep usually I’ll carry on with a normal day and make sure I catch up later or that night. Off season if I’m trashed I’ll rest and sleep
