I’ve been prescribed with Clomid, witch it may seems to helps with the natural production of testosteron, obviusly I listen to what the doctor said, but because I have zero knowledge about drugs or meds I would like to know if that is ok or not for someone who may want to compete in natural federation
I wouldn’t touch it mate if you are going to be competing in natural tested federations

Good day all round today. Smashed cardio first thing that went fairly easily which is always nice when it doesn’t drag. Onto meal one and hit a great push session. Pump was decent and my physique is changing. Cycle is starting to kick in for sure which is good to see my roundness come back the density I have start to creep back in even on very low food and a deep deficit. So that excites me for the next few weeks of dieting and the off season beyond that for what I can achieve with my physique. So onto pull tomorrow and I’m looking forward to another big session.

Rest day today. Probably the best I’ve looked. I put it down to being after the high days and the start of the cycle kicking in.
Dropped cals today. 50c from both days. So a nice chunk of 200kcal which really should see a big change over the next 2 weeks.
4 weeks of this fat loss phase left and I have to make the most of it so that’s why I’ve pulled the food down and I’m determined to get as much as possible

Today was a good day!
Push at the dungeon using the original flex incline machine which is the biggest humbler ever ! Jesus. Then the nautilus original flat press, body masters pec dec, strive lateral raise… so some real classic pieces which was super cool. Love the dungeon
Bursting belly from sushi and cream of rice as my last two meals and a big sleep tonight for day 2 high day tomorrow and a big leg day. Let’s go !!!

Pull day today. I’m the community gym but it was very good. Hit the rdl/bent over combined rep sets and it just absolutely toasted my back. Was awesome to be fair.
Got a libre link sensor in my arm now to track and monitor my bg to monitor how my bg fluctuates across a day and see if we can spot some patterns and stop it !
Body is moving well and definitely tightest I’ve been today. Potential refeed tomorrow but we will see

Rest day today and the wife was unwell so she laid in bed for a bit and I got up got the kids ready and took them to school. Was an eventful one doing my daughters here haha. But I love to do that shit tbh. I love taking them to school I used to do it all the time and recently my mrs took over and left me with baby lol. Rest day today work, cardio and steps. Had an in person posing lesson with a client and 2 calls on top of the usual check ins etc. tightest so far today and very flat. Agreed to push until Friday before we refeed and see what’s what. But let’s see

I’d be pressing as much as possible with independent presses. Dumbbells and machines that aren’t one piece, cables etc.

You just need to get bloods done and see where e2 is at 180. Do you feel like it’s staying as it is at the moment ? Is it hard or is it puffy ?

So the plan worked just !! Did all cardio in the morning. Finished training half way home and I felt it just starting to creep in a little. Luckily had some food on me and eat my blueberries id usually have with my last meal so that saved me before it set in. But not doing cardio post workout was definitely the game changer ! Felt really flat again today and struggled to get a pump even with 2 scoops of pumpage so you know I’m flat and it was delts and triceps 2 muscles I don’t struggle to connect with at all. Check in day tomorrow after a busy morning and it’s a rest day too so will see what the plan is from cal I’m definitely leaner this week but with under 5 weeks left I really want to see more changes coming to my composition! Especially mid section and hips.

Horrible day only because of the hypo I got post workout. Stuck in a taxi for over 40 mins dying. Couldn’t shake it for a long time ! Then I passed out after eating for a good 2 hours. So that ruined the day tbh. Because before that I had an unreal pull session smashed it. Strength was high. Higher than it has been for a while. 3rd shot went in yesterday so I’m expecting next week to start seeing some more progress. Flattening out fast again this week. Check in Wednesday and see what the boss man decides. Delts and arms tomorrow looking forward to a juicy session too. Can’t wait. Let’s go !
