    Back day was meh today. Just didn’t feel strong or get into it and that’s due to being so bloody flat it’s an actual joke. Today was bad. And as per the past few weeks on a Friday pre refeed that morning cardio session has been an absolute slog. But ye back session was just a bit slow. I also lost a strap which pissed me off because I couldn’t really go heavy with anything dual arm. Single as good though. In for legs tomorrow cannot wait .

    How long have you been pushing up? Condition isn’t bad but it’s about the upper linit I’d say as to where you want to push it.

    Another solid day in the books. A lot stress. Huge argument at home which drained the life out of me and I am sad about. Gutted when it happens. But we’re human what can I say.

    Good push session today. Not a bad pump. Tight ish but defo flat so not popping. But food goes in tomorrow so excited for that and the session and look that follows.

    I’d just be making sure you work hard to get that weaker side up to speed strength wise with the other side. I’d also be super focused on getting a high mind to muscle connection on that weaker side too

    Rest day today nothing new to report. 4 training plans done and sent out so alot of time at the laptop but after check ins I was out for cardio. 60 mins stairs. A few thousand steps, abs and home for work. Out for a walk then chill then another walk. Getting used to these low days of food and they’re actually not difficult at all. I’m really finding it not too tough at all. Looking forward to tomorrow filling the tank Friday Saturday and going at it again. I’m super flat. Tightest yet. But I want more off. Cals not too keen on it but I know what I need and that’s to be as lean as possible before growing.

    Not a bad pull session today. Started really strong on the single arm front pull down. Heavy and best reps I’ve done on 4 a side. So was hopeful for Rdls second exercise in but I was just feeling too sore. I hammered legs on Saturday with more volume than usual. So standing ham curls and lunges and they definitely made have longer doms than usual. So just did 4 plates for a set of 8 and moved it on. Haven’t sweat like I did weirdly today in a very long time. Anyway. Workout was good and started very good. Rest day tomorrow and the dreaded low day with all the cardio 😂. These are the days you get lean let’s go

    Push day today! Maybe some progress hopefully finally with the car … we got the police report for the insurance. So they better bloody pay me now or I’m going to lose my fucking mind.

    Anyway. Push was good. Solo session and I seem to really fucking kill myself when I’m on my own because I feel I have to subconsciously train that little bit harder because I have no one to push me or spit me through anything. So everything ends up turning into a drop set 😂. Anyway. Pull tomorrow and it’s hip hinge day so let’s go

    Also I’m a fair bit tighter today so 3 weeks to go will be exciting to see what we can do with the changes I’ve made to food

    And that’s the 2 day feed done. Went well today no issues. Actually had a few more rice cakes and extra fruit this evening as I’m going to drop a good 200kcal off each day TD and NTD for the upcoming week and may not have the feed next week depending how it goes. If I don’t have it this week I defo won’t have it the week after as I’ll be in Italy so will just dig on for the last 2 weeks of the diet without one and get what I can off so want a bit of an extra boost going into the low week beginning tomorrow which is a circa 1900kcal day with 60 cardio and 10-12k steps day.
