    Push day shoulder focused and second day refeed in. Visibly tighter this morning and 1.1kg lighter too. So all very very positive. Performance was good today. Pumps were good also. All in all an excellent 2 days of higher food. Very easy to eat and also very enjoyable to eat. Back to the low days now and will re look again at the weekend and see if we need to do anything and get a higher day in. Client arrives tomorrow for 2 nights before we fly together to Romania weds and he competes Saturday so need to navigate that on the diet but not an issue I am ready for it and super focused. Air bnb is booked and I can control everything very easily.

    Don’t worry about it at all, you need to look at the bigger picture , at the end of the end of the push up you will have more muscle than ever before

    Try to remember this , when a decent bodybuilder competes , they try to get as lean as they possibly can and in that process they may lose some muscle, that’s part of it because you typically can’t get truly lean without losing some and then everyone is in the same boat , so the competition is who can get the leanest and hold the most , but that doesn’t mean worrying you have lost even some.

    Get as lean as you can , accept muscle will come off a bit , each push phase start with more muscle than the previous ( not hard if you go back up slow) , and then each diet try to end leaner than the previous and see if you can lose less muscle

    It’s all a process that really doesn’t need any “ worry “ , at any point . When I see the words worry in this context, it’s a bit of a sign of potential there to hold someone back from achieving a really good physique , because of irrational worries

    I appreciate the advise and I will continue to drop body fat levels further for another 5-6 week push aiming for around 165lbs (a loss of 7-8lbs) that is a scary number too see haha I couldn’t imagine I would need to be 165lbs when I started at 192lbs

    We never ever think there’s so much to go but usually there’s always more to go even when we think it’s nearly all off.

    Leg day and first high day in. Legs was super hard but the higher food was lovely. Went down super easy. Super smooth and thoroughly enjoyed it lol. Feels nice to eat normally. You know it’s not even high. 300 rice a meal isn’t catch by any means but it just reminded me how much I enjoy the basics. Rice etc. so will be another good day tomorrow and a day of actually feeling a good pump after a full day of food today. Trained legs at dungeon today with Bob. Was hard but fun. Knees not playing ball at all so it’s a bit of working around that but we get it done.

    Anyhow. Rest day today. Routine is locked in and works. 60 mins fasted steps immediately followed by 45 mins cardio and then meal 1. Pics were sent over to cal today and he’s ordered a 2 day high day. Carbs increased and fats also.

    My shred

    Meal 1 – 300g egg white, 2 whole eggs, 200g bread, 150 fruit – 80g bread and 150 fruit increase

    Meal 2 – 300g rice , 200g chicken, 50g avocado 150 fruit – 50g rice, 50g avo and 150 fruit increase

    Meal 3 – 300g rice, 200g salmon, 150 fruit – 100g rice and 150 fruit increase

    Meal 4 – 300g rice, 200g chicken/prawns, 50g avocado 150 fruit – 300 rice, 50 avo, 150 fruit increase

    Meal 5 – 125g cor, 45g whey, 20g peanut butter, 20g dark chocolate, 100g blueberries, – 55g cor, 10g peanut butter, 20g dark choc increase

    It’s also leg day so I’m sure I’ll put it to use !

    Decent pull session today and ready for a rest. Tried out a new movement which was smith machine barbell row and it was really nice and felt awesome in the upper back and not too taxing in the erectors but enough to feel a good sensation. Rest day tomorrow so good session to finish on ready for a leg day on Saturday. Forgot to add yesterday’s photos of how I’m looking. Will upload 2 weeks ago and yesterday as a comparison. Looking forward to the end of the week and where we are then.

    Big day today. Feeling leaner and looking leaner for sure. So that was nice. Went into the push session positive and had a very very good session. Strong and got a very good pump. Which I haven’t had recently and I think that’s down to switching some exercises – machines. Then today went back to the machines I used before and they felt great so just going to stay with them now and run them up when cycle gets in too will be even better. 7th week this week at 200 test weekly and then one more next week and we are ready to get on and finish this diet with some umph before transitioning into off season.

    I’m just in 200 test per week. Cruising and restoring health. I haven’t yet decided on peak load. But it’ll be whatever it takes to get to where I need to be. Not holding back this off season.

    I’m with hilly here Tbjp natural stack and omegas increased. I’d also look at increasing dietary fat and getting tbjp unwind in. Ashwaghanda and it’s stress relieving properties have been shown to increase natural testosterone

    4 litres a day is easy. Set simple targets. 2 litres in before midday then easy to get the rest in with the time left in the day.

    Rest day today and changed structure slightly and it helped a hell of a lot. Did 55min steps got 6k done straight away then my 45 cardio and was off for meal 1. Happy days. Went to the mall with the family and got a few more thousand and I was done easy for steps then just spread meals out and get work done. Proper rest day had. In the gym for push tomorrow! LFG

    Hello brother. Not in my sights at the moment. But never say never. I do love the classic class but have a hell of a lot of growing to do first

    In terms of weak points , all of you is weak, your young , don’t get caught up in that , focus on pushing your weight up to 120/125 kg over the next couple years and then it will be more apparent what is still weaker

    This was over 5/6 months with a small break to get bloods done but they came back perfect so went straight back into pushing. This is the most total mg I’ve been on but as long as I’m still gaining I don’t see a need to increase atm if that makes sense.
