I made it through the day of hell guys. Haha. So this is how it went down
1.30 am wake
2am Out the apartment
2.30am drop the car off after filling at fuel station
3am airport
5.30 am flight to Bucharest
6.30 am land Bucharest
8 am in the gym downtown fitness
Pull session and 35 mins cardio in fasted
Meal 1

So I planned on doing this before bed (2hours sleep before leaving for the airport) but I fell asleep. Luckily I had already set an alarm !!
So yeah I’m sat now at cluj airport with one hell of a day ahead of me. First we fly 5.25am to Bucharest. Land in Bucharest 6.35 then we have I think it’s 6 hours before our flight back to Dubai ! So as it’s a training day I’m going to try and keep it like that as best as I can. So will get there and go and hit the gym do my cardio post workout, shower eat etc then maybe have a look round Bucharest if possible and then back to the airport for my flight to Dubai. My only worry is the lack of sleep for training. But if we get it done as soon as we land we should be ok. Fingers crossed haha. I’ll keep you all updated anyway. Just need to pray there are no delays !!

What a mad couple of days. 2 guys competing. One in Romania one in Mexico. Crazy time differences. But we got it done and both brought insane packages. 2nd in Romania which I don’t agree with but it is what it is. We move. And 5th Mexico which looks about right. Just not enough size as the guys were all big so we fell down there today. In a level playing field show would have been completely different imo. Anyway I’m shattered. I’ve not skipped a beat with steps or cardio, food or weights not once. So been good to feel that discipline. I’m crazy flat though which isn’t nice and defo due a feed but will just hold out until I get home Monday night.

Good day today. Cardio in fasted. Not happy with the gym making me pay twice in one day for cardio and weights. So tomorrow I will do fasted steps and then post workout cerdio – post legs cardio 💀. Anyway pull today was good. Nice nautilus kit the usual pull downs and rows. But the highlight was the chest supported t bar … hoist make it and it was so nice !!! Biceps done too and steps all boxed off chilled cooked and eat and did some other bits of work outside the usual in person checks on Omer after his session and morning and night too we’re in bed it’s 1am hopefully get a decent sleep even though it’s hot af

Craazy day today. Been up 23 hours. I’m dead. In bed now finally after travelling from Dubai to Bucharest being stuck and delayed 4 hours there onto cluj. Hire car went wrong. Finally got one. Got to the gym at midnight. Trained. Did cardio. Got out went 24 hour supermarket was shut so that was wank had to swap salmon for whey and nut butter lol. And yeah just crazy crazy day. Shattered. But still did everything I needed to do and Omer is flat and dry and ready to load tomorrow!! Good night guys. In for cardio first thing !!

So guys. Back is still tender. Still a bit spasmy but not as bad as yesterday so hopefully another night passes tonight and I’ll be good for tomorrow travelling to Romania as it is a long ass day of travelling I am not looking forward to at all. But it is what it is. Although not looking forward to travel I am excited for the journey to stage for Omer. Gonna be awesome. Travel all day. Reach Romania. Train do cardio. Eat. Sleep and then we set the game plan Thursday. Let’s go !

Pull day today. Felt super flat which was weird after 2 high days. Weight was down again but never the less was back into baseline diet. With that I felt the hollow feeling which wasn’t nice. Rdl 220 for 3 reps. Did 180 for a back off an my back was sore did 6 reps and canned it as I felt every rep in my lower back and now I’m getting weird spasms and it feels very very funny. Not nice. So hoping that gets better tomorrow. Rest day tomorrow and I’m dreading csrdio cuz of this back but we will see wish me luck as it’s travel day Wednesday!

I’m with kuba here. I’m one of those guys ! Never to above 350 test as that just puts me in a shit spot aromatising. Always high dht same with many clients of mine

Push day shoulder focused and second day refeed in. Visibly tighter this morning and 1.1kg lighter too. So all very very positive. Performance was good today. Pumps were good also. All in all an excellent 2 days of higher food. Very easy to eat and also very enjoyable to eat. Back to the low days now and will re look again at the weekend and see if we need to do anything and get a higher day in. Client arrives tomorrow for 2 nights before we fly together to Romania weds and he competes Saturday so need to navigate that on the diet but not an issue I am ready for it and super focused. Air bnb is booked and I can control everything very easily.

Try to remember this , when a decent bodybuilder competes , they try to get as lean as they possibly can and in that process they may lose some muscle, that’s part of it because you typically can’t get truly lean without losing some and then everyone is in the same boat , so the competition is who can get the leanest and hold the most , but that doesn’t mean worrying you have lost even some.
Get as lean as you can , accept muscle will come off a bit , each push phase start with more muscle than the previous ( not hard if you go back up slow) , and then each diet try to end leaner than the previous and see if you can lose less muscle
It’s all a process that really doesn’t need any “ worry “ , at any point . When I see the words worry in this context, it’s a bit of a sign of potential there to hold someone back from achieving a really good physique , because of irrational worries

I appreciate the advise and I will continue to drop body fat levels further for another 5-6 week push aiming for around 165lbs (a loss of 7-8lbs) that is a scary number too see haha I couldn’t imagine I would need to be 165lbs when I started at 192lbs
