    Rest day today. Started as usual with work then got my csrdio in with some hard rowing for a change to really kick my ass. So nice start to the day which then proceeded with me being sat at the laptop all day. Out for steps and calls then home for last meals and then we’re here. In the gym for push tomorrow with a client and then haircut and off to the Uk super early Thursday morning until Monday

    Leg day today … not the best. Actually leg press was fucking terrible. And I know it’s because i did the bastard stairs yesterday. Dropped a few reps which did my head in. Everything else was really food apart from that anyway. Did what I did and cracked on. Rest day tomorrow. Busy with work and the usual bits and bobs. Uk trip coming up for me on Thursday which was definitely a bit out the blue but looking forward to it all the same. Back on the 23rd ready to get stuck into Xmas !

    Excellent pull session today. Super strong after the off plan food yesterday too. Pb on the extreme row by a rep so happy to take that. Was a long session with my client but it wasn’t bad sometimes they drag on and just get shit. This didn’t go like that because everything just hit exactly as it should have. Busy days with work and training etc are not easy at the moment but I’m determined not to let anything slip. So onto legs tomorrow

    Very good push session today. Weights up a bit and I’m sure that’s going to continue now. The training is bang on. Routine is bang on and I’m all over it ensuring it continues. Pics weren’t bad. Slightly softer but that’s the fullness coming. Strong today and I’m excited to get back into a pull session tomorrow I’m raring to go. Pull then legs. Not much more to report.

    Nice rest day today. Not so busy with work which has put me a little behind but it is what it is. We had 4 different apartments to view. All back in the marina !! The place I have wanted to be back in since I left early this year. So yeah now we gotta see if we can get out of this contract early and secure the apartment we most liked today. Outside of that the normal non negotiables went down. Cardio steps all boxed off easy. Check in day, push day and off plan tomorrow. LFG

    Pull day today with my boy riz. Riz if you don’t know is the owner of the super popular engineered muscle. He’s here on holiday and we got it in.awesome session and so good to catch up and chat.

    Brought rdl back in over stiff leg. One set and it smashed me haha. Anyway was fairly strong on it. Matched numbers right away. 200 for 8.

    Push session today and felt the tired slump on the way to the gym. First exercise didn’t feel great again barely matched last weeks numbers again and this was the same last time I did this incline press first. Just didn’t quite have the power, sessions are strange. Mostly holding but it’s not really moving forward and some are a scrap to hold. So not sure what to do. I’ve obviously been toying with some rest but I do have some travel lined up in a weeks time so wanted to have it then so not to rest then have a hard time staying on point with training while away as it’s India and I have no idea what to expect. Anyway. Will see how pull goes tomorrow. It’s hinge day !
