Not a bad pull session today. Started really strong on the single arm front pull down. Heavy and best reps I’ve done on 4 a side. So was hopeful for Rdls second exercise in but I was just feeling too sore. I hammered legs on Saturday with more volume than usual. So standing ham curls and lunges and they definitely made have longer doms than usual. So just did 4 plates for a set of 8 and moved it on. Haven’t sweat like I did weirdly today in a very long time. Anyway. Workout was good and started very good. Rest day tomorrow and the dreaded low day with all the cardio 😂. These are the days you get lean let’s go

Push day today! Maybe some progress hopefully finally with the car … we got the police report for the insurance. So they better bloody pay me now or I’m going to lose my fucking mind.
Anyway. Push was good. Solo session and I seem to really fucking kill myself when I’m on my own because I feel I have to subconsciously train that little bit harder because I have no one to push me or spit me through anything. So everything ends up turning into a drop set 😂. Anyway. Pull tomorrow and it’s hip hinge day so let’s go
Also I’m a fair bit tighter today so 3 weeks to go will be exciting to see what we can do with the changes I’ve made to food

And that’s the 2 day feed done. Went well today no issues. Actually had a few more rice cakes and extra fruit this evening as I’m going to drop a good 200kcal off each day TD and NTD for the upcoming week and may not have the feed next week depending how it goes. If I don’t have it this week I defo won’t have it the week after as I’ll be in Italy so will just dig on for the last 2 weeks of the diet without one and get what I can off so want a bit of an extra boost going into the low week beginning tomorrow which is a circa 1900kcal day with 60 cardio and 10-12k steps day.

Whatever is comfy for you. We all have different feet width etc so I’d go for a proper running shoe with a nice thick base.i however wouldn’t spend a lot on trainers that you are just using for steps

Very good pull session not a great day for high day sushi was good but it screwed my me for my last meal and I struggled I couldnt finish my cream of rice. I’m not too upset cuz I have another high day tomorrow without the sushi so will be fine but it’s just not nice being so full forcing food and then not even being able to finish it. In for legs tomorrow and looking forward to a better day of eating with better structure and just enjoying my meals because it truly is grind time on Sunday
