    I do what Louis does brother. What you can do whip won’t be 100% but as close to is use a rice cooker with the exact same water and same boiling time and weigh once Cooked then jjsg use that cooked weight moving forward ensuring all variables sre the maintained the same.

    Back much much better today which I’m super happy with ! Busy busy day with work. Had to go to Sharjah for the registration transfer and the final piece of the puzzle in getting my car payment! New starter plans. New clients signing up. Announced my leaving of procoach on insta. New bits to be announced and a lot to come now from me and physiquesbyhaider once again. So that’s super exciting. Steps and cardio all done. Non negotiables are always done regardless. High stress and loads of work to do tomorrow but I’m back in the gym too so I’m buzzing the backs not screwed me. It’s also off plan day. Interested to see what I weigh too

    So I’m fuming today. Hurt my back on Rdls. Every single time I’m flying something stops me. Every time !! And it’s because I didn’t listen to my body. I had a terrible night sleep last night and I didn’t feel good going into the session today. Tbh I knew I should have missed it. But same time I wanted to hit that session again I hit last week. So I did it. And as soon as I started warming up on rdl I didn’t feel great but I went to 220 and did it. Lowered it fine it felt great tbh then coming up like a pull just went lower right side and I canned it. On the first rep ! Ruined my day and my session of course. Went home booked an emergency appointment and got a heat treatment from my massage guy. Now I’m battered and bruised with cup marks everywhere so hopefully I’ll be better tomorrow although tomorrow is a rest day thankfully I can not miss any gym sessions this weekend I need to finish strong !

    Pull session today. Super high focus and connections on everything but with 0 sacrifice to load. Pull and connecting with everything. Enjoying these sessions and just praying they will pay off in adding tissue to my back where I really need it. Still feel big. Still feel strong. Tomorrow i have to drive to Sharjah to get my car out my name and finally collect my cheque!! Then its my hinge/lower day

    If it’s getting big then I’d just focus on that and play football as and when. Not worry about how well you play and just get huge and play football for fun.

    Strong session today. Pushed some good weight and pump was insane. Took some post workout shots and I was pretty happy with them too. Things are really clicking well right now. I don’t want to get carried away but right now this is the best I’ve felt in any off season and considering this is so early days it’s to be expected but that is down to the super gradual approach we are taking with food. Meals are easy. Hungers there. Not super hungry but defo hungry. Digestion is good. Cardio and movement is at a good point too so it’s going to definitely carry on like this for a while and that’s exciting

    Rest day today and I have not stopped today. Woke up mashed from the last week of training and hitting a 6 day block. Struggled to get going went for a long walk to get a haircut did some check ins then went to the gym to meet my online client and put him through a session. Then picked the kids up from school and went to Dubai hills mall to meet my friend from back home with his new and kid. Treated myself to some trainers and then home for cardio. Did 15 mins rowing and 15 mins cross trainer then some more steps and hope for last couple of meals and now we’re here in bed. Tomorrow we’re in for push and I’m feeling energised and ready to smash it ! Excited.

    Oscar makes a good point about a deload or even a few days out the gym to get fresh and go again to see if performance picks back up before lowering volume.
