    If it’s not broken brother don’t fix it. You said your progressing well and I’d never recommend not having a rest day after an upper and a lower consecutively.

    So my client ended up feeling unwell and not making the session so I went to Binous as usual and hit a solid session there. Strength was good. Pump was unreal. Felt so so good. I just feel good but when I took pics I didn’t feel amazing looking at them. But who knows maybe it’s mind games. We’ll see if I’ve put any weight on tomorrow morning and see if I am moving up now after a drop in weight last week. Weeks flying by. Pull session tomorrow and it’s Thursday ! Meaning we’re then into Fridays rest day and Saturdays off plan which has come round so bloody fast !

    Rest day today and I’ve been absolutely trashed all day. Hypo early. Then another post cardio. Then I stupidly went for a long walk in the sun to get steps in and that absolutely trashed me too. So just been struggling all day. Gonna get to bed now and ready for a big push session tomorrow with my client onur. Get some weight lifted and mixed up as we’re going train sf so will hit the Atlantis incline there for a change.

    I think it can happen. It won’t with everyone but I wouldn’t be worried. Mine is sometimes toward the end of end day when all food is in. Outside of that I’m fine as food doesn’t change.

    Successful leg day in the books but I am trashed !!! 3rd day training in a row and super busy week of work, filming and launching. So ye I’m mashed. Rest day tomorrow and honestly it can’t come quick enough. Switched up my leg days and I’m so glad. No sleeves. No knee pain. All perfect. However. A bit sore now but nothing while training.

    Busy day post sushi. 4 new starters all locked in this morning before some filming for the launch. Then straight into a pull session. All done super flat and looking small. Which was weird as fuck after eating off plan. I don’t get it to be honest. My body’s being very strange. So ye. Anyway. Legs tomorrow so gonna be looking flat and small a bit longer. Biceps weirdly aching today too which I have no idea why. Especially after doing push yesterday unless it was pec fly machine. Anyway. Tomorrow we move. .

    Push was sick today. Loved it and loved the look. Weird tho as I weighed 95.5 which is 0.8 down on last weeks weigh in. Not ideal. But foods gone up so hopefully change that next week. However like I said. I am happy with the look. Really good pump. Decent performance and I topped the even min off with my fav sushi so very good day all round. Pull and content dah tomorrow with a fuck load of plans to smash out too.
