Rubbish sleep and I was absolutely smashed woke up took check in pics and looked really lean but boy !!! Beyond flat. Like horrible flat 😭!!! But…. I had to dig in and not feed as I’m doing this for a purpose. So sent pics and cal said no cardio so that was a relief as I really felt legs and cardio would have fucked me over big time. Legs was decent. Hacked but it didn’t hurt and that was such a relief too lol. The Panatta hack is difficult but surprisingly good on the knees. Gym had no adductor machine so did goblet squats instead and they felt really good.

4am start up and out for my flight at 7am. Raw dogged the flight with no internet and no entertainment that was fun lol. Arrived in Milan taxi straight to the most incredible gym I’ve been in. With the most wonderful owner Alessandro! The most insane one off bits of equipment from around the world. Hit an absolutely epic pull session there. Then to the apartment and to the supermarket. Then to the local gym to check both my athletes in and run them through their final session. Posed them and tweaked their shots and now just finishing my 45 cardio before it’s home food and bed. What a day. And we go again tomorrow but it’s legs !! LFG!

Hate to repeat what jordan says but I’ve found a lot of people respond better with primo in terms of reducing oestrogen than masteron.

Very good day today. Cardio wasn’t a slog like it had been on previous Thursdays. Post cardio pics are decent not stupidly flat. Then into push with 2 of Uk clients here on holiday and I was strong on push so that was awesome. Not a bad post workout look either. So this is a good sign going into the extended time within the feed and a trip to Italy tomorrow morning. So I’m excited to hopefully not be stupid flat Tuesday when it’s time to feed next. Which will be 4 days after the usual feed day. Excited for Italy. Not excited for the journey on fly Dubai with no WiFi 😭

I would adjust the stack to eliminate the ai. Not necessarily add androgen to replace the ai but lower test so the need for it isn’t there

I like around a 500kcal difference which I don’t mind getting higher as calories get higher. So I wouldn’t be concerned with 800 in an off season

Yes definitely. In this instance I’d look to as a one off use something else or bring the next exercise forward until the smith is free

Rest day today. Really tired from shit sleep. Slow af morning. But as always we got it done. 60 mins stairs a few thousand steps and then home for meal and the rest of the work block. Out for a few walks across the day and evening and then we were done ready to relax ready for a big push session and the last on Dubai soil before Milan Friday !

Leg day was not a success today. Stupidly so fucking stupidly decided to hack because I was training with someone who wanted to hack and it blew my knee on the first heavy set. And now it’s fucking killing. So that’s that fucked. Fucking fuming. I was also unbelievably flat today. Yesterday food did 0
So pushed the food a bit harder today. Nothing crazy but just a few more carbs and a little bit more fat hoping it’ll stick a little bit this week. Rest day and a very low food day tomorrow and back to regular output too sk doubt it will last long but it is what it is. Another week of fat loss incoming ! Kind of tempted to push hard again but also don’t wanna get too flat as I’m tempted to extend the time between this feed and the next and run flat a touch longer to see what we can get out of the second to last week 😅.

Not a bad pull session today. Pushed up to 200 on Rdls and they felt good. Only did 6 reps but they were decent. Felt a bit slow on the 6th so stopped there to be safe however I feel I had potentially 1-2 more maybe. But all in all was a good session. Everything felt spot on. Really enjoying the solo sessions I have now it’s weird I zone out and really enjoy beating anything I can and going to absolute failure talking to myself and making sure I don’t train like a pussy haha. Rest day and 60 min cardio tomorrow. Bring it on. Enjoying everyday at the minute

Shot frequency is a huge one. Even if not everyday at least 4-5 times a week js a must in my opinion. Get lean and do cardio. Cardio for health is a huge game changer imo
