Rest day today. Had a nightmare last night/this morning. The hypos are back. The gh hypos !! So obviously my foods too low to handle my gh dose. I also went hypo post workout and nearly again on my evening walk. What we think is happening is the gh is elevating blood sugars like every gh does then it’s crashing and sending me hypo. This hasn’t happened for the past few months where fat and carbs have been higher but since lowering them and dieting it started post workout last 2 sessions and then last night was horrible. Ruined me. Drains the fuck out of me. I had to have a nap in the morning when I’d usually be up and starting my day. Not to mention eating cucumbers and carrots basically anything low carb that was enough to take me out of a hypo and raise blood glucose. So tonight I lowered the dose from 4 to 3 so will see how that goes

Legs today successful to be honest. Knee in a good spot and a change in leg press and hack which is something I was a touch worried about but didn’t fuck me so will take that with open arms.

Pull session today was a good one. Annoyed I’ve woke with a swollen eye lid that’s sore and feels heavy which isn’t nice. So hopefully that clears up quick.
Did the prime pull down today single arm and it absolutely nailed my lats so fucking much was unreal.

Push today was a good one. Started with shoulder press and worked on range of motion and keeping as upright as possible. Then onto the granite chest press for 2 strong sets. 3 cable fly. 2 dip machine. 3 cable lateral. 3 machine lateral. 3 rope push down. 3 over head extension
Had my first hypo which was horrible and sent me to sleep after it drained me.

Rest day today. Full day behind the Mac locked away in the office. Cardio done first thing. Meal 1 and work. Then a call and steps. Then work and 2 more meals then out for the last lot of steps to conclude the day. Routine is locked in now. Decided to very slightly pull my rest day calories down a little as I simply don’t need that food and want the see change. 0.5 up from off plan so let’s see how the week goes this week.

Good push session today. Diet going easy and tbh feel like I’m on way too much food. Feel full alot. So likely to trim food next week to get shit moving fast. Cardio I may bump too but we will see. Apart from this life is pretty mundane at the moment but that’s how we like it. It’s prep!! So yeah this is what I need. Pull session tomorrow and I’m ready for a big one

Rest day today. A very much needed one. I always know it’s a rest day I truly need when I am mashed in bed and struggle get up. This seems to be happening a lot more than it used to when I was younger lol.
All boxes ticket today and prep mode is getting more intense by the day lol .

I think Jordan is bang on here. I do however think if you have a lagging body part more care and ‘feel’ helps as that’s how I brought my back up. The big movers like hinges etc no. But the rows you want to really get good contractions on
