Okay going to keep the 3 rotations in for Pull,push,legs.
For the upper and lower sessions I was looking at about 15 – 18 hard sets.
1 x 6-10 and 1 x 10-15 each exercise
Chest is weakest so 5-6 worksets
Back gets 3-4
Shoulders 1-2 (my strong point)
Tris 2-3
Bis 2-3
And adjust based on recovery.
