    Oh yeah that cuts back on some volume for sure. Just ran some legit primo for the first time and fell in love. Not huge strength but awesome look and feel. Now you got me thinking about primo/Tren together!

    Jordan, when you add masteron in will you bring Primo down some for sheer volume amount? Guessing it’s 100mg/ml and that’s already 10cc a week on top of Tren and test.
    Will you run primo all the way through the show?

    Okay going to keep the 3 rotations in for Pull,push,legs.

    For the upper and lower sessions I was looking at about 15 – 18 hard sets.
    1 x 6-10 and 1 x 10-15 each exercise

    Chest is weakest so 5-6 worksets
    Back gets 3-4
    Shoulders 1-2 (my strong point)
    Tris 2-3
    Bis 2-3

    And adjust based on recovery.
