It will help some at any dose…I think it really shines at 400mg+

If you want to hit your sweep the best way I have found is to take a semi closer stance and displace weight towards the outside of your feet and keep it there the entire set being very strict. My favorite is doing this on a 45 degree Leg Press and banding it. It’s not soemthing I really try and load heavy but I’ll do sets of 15-20 towards the end of a workout and it’s brutal. I don’t lock it out and contract hard against the bands on the way up and down. Make it hurt.

I shoot 1/2ml – 1ml with a slin pin in Triceps all the time. Not an issue. Just burry it if you’re worried.

Just something to think about with masteron in a Off Season Phase…I always notice a bit of strength/aggression increase when I add it in. It also helps keep a bit of water off so I can also lower my aromasin dose as well.

I ran all long esters going into the 4 wk out mark. Then switched to test prop at 4 weeks out (dropped it 10 days out). For tren and mast I ran enanthate at 400mg each until 4 weeks out then dropped both down to 200mg but added in 100mg EOD of both tren ace and mast prop. This way I got a small bump in dosage the last 4 weeks and had the longer esters in my system so I wasn’t pinning short esters 2-3 days before the show. This worked well but next show I plan on just running all long esters through show day last pin tues or wed before show and keeping orals in through show day.

How about save the orals for the end of prep when you should have zero appetite issues bc you are starving?

I personally cant use yohimbine hcl or products that contain it because I get flu like symptoms, the shakes, and periodically get heart palpitations from it.

Don’t have a low day then. Or jack up your training day carbs enough so you don’t drop weight on an off day.

I’d add more food before upping the dose. I think you answered your own question by saying you need to eat more. I’d only up the dose once you felt that food and training were tapped out.

Personally I belive primo to be a better mass builder than masteron so I’d sub the two if you have access to legit primo and cost isn’t an issue.

I don’t see anything wrong with it as long as volume is in line with recovery. If you still are able to recover from doing an additional set per exercise then go for it. Know that the volume must match recovery abilities and that if adding in additional volume sometimes it leads to needing to ‘cruise’ quicker too.
Very individual. No right or wrong answer.

JP does those loading triceps sets bc of his elbow tendinitis.
If it were me and I didn’t have issues like that I’d back it down to two heavy work sets for the recipe isolation. That’s me though you may wel be able to recover from 4 sets.
