Is the dumbbell floor press, a primarily exercise for triceps or chest?
What does the toe elevation give you?
    Thanks.

Ive trained abs like I do other body parts for ages now.
What I mean by that is after getting them to a strong conditioned state, which originally consisted of high reps and quite a lots of fancy stuff, I now train them every 4th day with weighted moves for lower rep counts.
Things like lying leg raise with dumbbell held between my feet, slow movements and holding the contraction. Then lying crunch holding dumbbell or weight plate behind my head and arms extended. So in other words I do sets and reps for my abs the same way id train other parts like chest etc. I do some twists and side crunches as well. This works well for me and you dont have to obsess with endless crunches etc.

Ive been fitting an extra day in of squats and deadlifts.
Just those two exercises in the same session, as an extra to squats on leg day, and deadlifts on back day.
Heavy sqauts in the rack, then set after set of lighter weight, with short rests of about 40 seconds.
    Then on to deads……
I can say, after that, im ‘fooked’ !!

Cheers Jordan for the reply, I know your hitting it hard at the moment!! 🙂
I think i look at the BCAA’s as a bit of a safety net. Im eating high protein but im not really measuring intake, so I drink them down to cover all bases!

No response! Guess he’s way busy with the comp looming but I haven’t asked much on here yet after joining!?
Just to continue, Im using Xtend and taking a serving three times a day. On waking, then meal 1 a few hours later.
    During afternoon training session.
And then another about two hours before bed with a portion of cottage cheese and a hand full of mixed nuts right before bed.
