A new gym has opened 2 weeks ago, a massive facility that a lot were waiting for including myself.
Ive trained at the same local gym for many years, not interested in the big chains that we have, Banatynes, Fitness first, Simply Gym. Dont want the pools and jacuzzi, just want hard core weights. But this new one has dragged me away from my usual. Its run by an ex competative bodybuilder Tim Rosiek.
My main worry was it being too popular on opening, but its been fine over the first two weeks and he’s limiting membership to keep it like that. All machines are Hammer Strength, four power racks etc.
If your sorted in Stoke then fair enough but seems a ball ache to have to go back and to.
Good luck with your move 😉

Ive spoken to Genetics and they have advised me to take a 4 week break from it, and then restart it upping to the 6 tabs, the thinking being as its a testosterone booster cycles work best for biological reasons of adjustment and hormones and apparently thats what is was originally designed for, to be cycled.
Im a little unsure if to take a break or not. Have you guys just continued it or cylced it?

    Quick update from me guys.
Now seven weeks in taking 3 tabs a day and not missed one dose.
Pretty much following my usual diet to support my training.
Added no cardio, in fact doing non at all, just hard intense weights 3 on one off.
Not noticed any massive gains in added mass but its the body fat that is doing it for me!
Im leaner than ever! As ive said, havent changed anything, the only change has been the addition of Genestrone.
My question is, should i up the dose to 6 tabs a day? Will this show even more positive results or could it maybe a case of too much isnt always better?
What would you advise JP/Corrine in results your aware of from other athletes?

    Thats a shitter!
We all dread something like this. I sometimes think I could be one move away from possibly boneing myself! Im 50 in a few weeks time and training harder than ever and I think “is it too much, is something going to give”! Im mega strict on warm up and on form, never losing it no matter how heavy or hard it gets, good form above anything. I try to look after the obvious high chance injury parts of shoulders and back, always do face pulls and a few rotator warm ups before any pressing. Trying to train smart as the years advance.
Wishing you well with your recovery, dont rush it!

Awesome! Im not as thick as you think I am!! Lol 🙂
Ive occasionally passed a few ‘Snicker bars’ when im on the bog, but not too often, so im pretty sure im breaking them down ok but will carry on using both.
    Cheers Jordan.

    Cheers guys.
Ashley, im surprised to be honest, i imagined you would of been on the full two doses to be so impressed with it, and thought after an initial start on three tabs I’d end up on the six. But maybe not! See how it goes I guess.

    All sounds positive.
    Started mine five days ago.
May I ask Chris and Ashley, what dosage are you using? Ive started on the one dose a day, 3 tabs. Also any side effects?

    Had another ‘doubt’ creep in!!
I understand the reasoning behind skipping the milk as the protein content will affect the insulin response, but will drinking a whey shake post workout blunt it as well?

    Thanks for the quick reply.
I’ll add almond milk as you suggest. Looking at the choice there is original, unsweetened and sweetened. Does it make a difference on which?

Ive had a good search and cant find much at all other than the few reviews on Genetics own website.
What results have you seen with clients using this? As a natty always looking for something that can give an edge.

    Thanks for the reply.
I do use a broad spectrum of exercises yes, like ive said I try to do something a little different in every session to keep my body guessing.
How will I know if the CNS is over cooked? I occasionally feel a bit run down and like ive also mentioned im cool on taking an extra days rest but its rare I feel that way, im usually raring to go and my training partner dreads it as I push him to bust a gut! Lol. I work a 8 hour day in a manual job and train straight from work but im always up for it and never miss.
As for progress im undecided. Im usually feeling strong enough to lift near to my max weights but im at a stage and age where im not sure I can ad much extra weight and make the lifts as im also wary of injury and im hoping to carry on training at a high level of output for many more years yet.
