I’ve seen some questionable behavior since the gyms re-opened, was in one in Liverpool last week and I was pretty shocked to be honest! It makes me wonder whether I should stay home and train like I was during lock down. Don’t blame you giving the tit the 3rd degree! ? -

Push but keep the diet nailed and on the money. -
I had this out of the blue about a year ago, trained for many years and it was a first for me! Leg press, all out final rep, scared the shit out of me! Brought the session to an abrupt end!
I recovered quickly, didnt have any long term head pain. I looked into the possible causes straight away as it wasnt something I wanted to experience again and i didnt want to ease off in the gym.
To cut it short the process I now follow religously is….
Pre, citruline.
Intra, intant digesting carbs and sodium with my EAA’s.
Gallon of water daily.
Much more focused on breathing during every rep of every exercise. Ive now got this nailed as i find myself breathing correctly without even thinking about it, its kind of a force of habit eventually like a lot of things.
Ive never experienced one again. -
My salt cellar is a mix of pink and Lo salt, for the potassium is contains.
I salt probaly 3 meals a day and i add it to my own mix of intra. -
Snatch grip (wide grip) barbell upright rows.

One of my go too’s but dumdbells for me.

I use my own mixture of pink and Lo Salt.
The Lo Salt has a high potassium to sodium ratio.
I also add some to my own made intra drink which is EAA’s,cyclic dextrine, creatine and a pinch of the salt mix. -

Redcon1 Grunt.
HBCD.
Creatine.
Pinch of low salt.
Grunt in the 90 serving is good value. HBCD from Bulk Powders, again good value bought in bulk.
An hour prior to the session I have a scoop of my chosen whey with ultra fine oats in water, this is easy to get down at work and doesnt lie heavy.
30 minutes prior i have citruline malate and a black coffee.
Most fancy and sometimes expensive pre and intra workout products are pretty much based around all these. -

The log certainly seems to of gone a little off tangent at times and when you log on for a catch up you don’t want to be reading the pointless posts etc!
I think your a little bit to blame Jordan, you’ve gone a bit soft answering too many off topic questions and encouraging more in the process whereas previously you’ve either totally fucked them off or ignored them. ???? -
I tend to mix it up session by session between compound back work and machine/supported. As an example I’ve just done a more of a density session which was based on deadlifts, snatch grip RDL’s and barbell rows, all very taxing on the erectors. So my back session prior to this was all chest supported locked in movements so as not to overly stress and fatigue the lower back.

Last meal was 9pm. Next meal was 10am.
I’m a breakfast person so missed it at first but within a few days I was quite comfortable not eating until 10.
Couple that with a 40 minutes walk on awakening and it was good. -
Greek yoghurt with blueberries, blackberries, mixed nuts, chia seeds and sometimes mix in ultra fine ground oats.

I don’t think it’d make much difference but in saying that, I’ve just had a week in Sardinia where it was 35 degrees all 7 days and on packing my health supps I left the VitD3 out, as I didn’t see the point as I was spending approximately 7 hours a day in the sun
