We are dropping the hammer on prep tomorrow and all I mean by that is its 100% full focus on the job in hand
The last 2 weeks I’ve used to get myself in the perfect routine making sure I can start this week with everything in place and not missing a beat
Coming back from holiday I had a lot of boxes to tick with the house but we are very much on top of things and I can focus my full attention in getting in the best shape ever for this show which is getting me more and more excited the more time that passes
Hope you’ve all had a great one ??

Same buddy

Every single exercise bares risk buddy. As the guys say, start light and feel it out. Progress slowly. Bicep tendons are a funny one and ive caused tendinitis like pain/symptoms a few times over the year by loading my biceps in the stretch.
I prefer to stop before my arm is fully stretched so there is never excessive pressure on the tendon. Hope that helps man. -
Just caught up brother
Things are looking real good man and getting extra spicy ?
8 weeks man, let’s fucking GO ??

MemberAugust 6, 2021 at 5:13 am in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia QualificationSo as you can see we are getting leaner but no where near the look of what we have had this year at the same weights so let’s discuss the plan.
As we are 8 weeks out and have bags of time from a position like this it makes little sense to drive down weight too much.
The body is rested and very responsive, coming back life quick so we will aim to recomp at this weight for another few weeks atleast.
Driving body weight down to 290/1 then back up to 295 by way of refeeds will see us at 290 in near show condition if we repeat that process for long enough and we have more than enough time to do that I’m sure.
At present no cardio and 8k steps per day. Just sticking to my diet and training hard 5 days a week instead of 4. The new split seems great and I’m looking forward to bringing something special to the Arnold’s ??

MemberAugust 4, 2021 at 9:12 pm in reply to: Private: Giant’s Quest for 2021 Olympia QualificationTook an unplanned rest day today ahead of tomorrow pull session for a few reasons
Friday is was 295 amd had a refeed Saturday eve which pushed weight to 297 Sunday am. This am I was 6lb down at 291 so body is churning through food.
Took the day to fill back up as at this position 8 weeks out I feel it necessary to utilise high food days to drive performance and fullness.
I’m ahead this prep already so it’s very important I manage fatigue and stay fresh whilst we slowly chip away at the bodyfat accumulated during my 3 weeks off ??

Inject intra muscular bud
Also
Why 3 on 1 off ? Makes no sense shooting daily is my preference if I’m honest
How would I go about doing this with an insulin needle as I have quite a bit of body fat? Only because I don’t want enlarged organs and I was told if you don’t do it every day less chance of that happening (a lot of “advise” I’ve been given is from the “big guy” down the gym)
Also someone told me to inject GH into my traps years ago, is traps an option for injection?
Usually outer quad is lean enough to inject direct into the muscle with an insulin needle bud -

I may try this myself, sound gruesome ??
But my calves need the work so will try each training day alternating between seated and standing

So first week of the new rotation boxed off and it felt really good tbh
I think adding back in for a second session will not only help output and the speed of changes, dropping of bodyfat etc but the difference in my physique I believe will be very noticeable in 9 weeks time ??
Training back the second time was no lower back loading how did you structure this workout
Basically machine based with no hip hinge pretty simplePrime row seated upright plate load
Nautilus single arm pull down
Low row
Prime pin load pull down
Machine high rowI did two bicep and tricep exercises after this super setted 2 sets on each

Yeh I’d start by bump td carbs to 300 rest day 150
Reduce cardio by taking out bike and perform 8-10k steps only
See how that goes and go from there
Step by step ??
