I would say whatever you choose just make it consistent z as you can see many people class cardio as non trackable steps but I work to an overall daily expenditure which includes my cardio….but my cardio is walking haha

Estrogen needs bringing down so I’d add aromasin at 12.5 twice per week to begin with then retest estrogen in 2-3 weeks

Failing that you could ditch the ai and add 200mg primo or mast e per week

Wrist wraps are very welcomed for any pressing but particularly heavy compound working set lifts for both

They are there to protect the joints not assist the lifts remember that so when you feel the weight is getting risky put them on.

Morning guys weight is holding nicely at 296 with a pretty decent look.

Each cycle of training I’m getting a nice jump in condition so by the end of next rest day which will be Wednesday am we will assess diet and plan forwards again.

Clen and Winny have gone in so that will make some really nice changes to the physique ??

M3 is stunning. Such a wide car, more practical as well. M5 is the daddy though, one of the best cars I have driven, starts getting silly money though

For me the M5 doesn’t have the same
Looks as the M3 or 4. Bit too executive and without the facelift it’s not on the radar for my impatient and impulsive self haha

Think there may be a nap or two today ?

Training pull at ultraflex today so should be fun ??

I like the extra doors if I’m honest and the M3 just looks even more of a beast being a tad bigger ?

New m3 all day long..such a nice car. Great all rounder too.
It looks so good doesn’t it, the seats look so badass as well. It’s a shame these types of cars won’t be so easy to own in 10 years time.

So is anything changing diet and training wise?

Well the bucket seats aren’t fit for a giant haha

Training wise it’s more of a bro split as that’s what I enjoy

4 on 1 off

Back
Chest arms
Legs
Shoulders arms

So are you planning to go at it alone throughout next year or just short term? Or are you just going to re evaluate as time goes by

I imagine you’re going to have a fairly long off season so you’ll probably need to be in a position where you’re enjoying yourself again.

How are you finding your m4? Fancy anything else?

Just take each day at a time. I’ve been doing this long enough to know plans can change.

The M4 is an amazing car and honestly my next car will be the new shape M4 because that thing with the new front grill looks bad ass!!

Hi Jane. What’s your new split now

Back

Chest and arms

Legs

Delts

Off

Repeat
With your new split how are you training delts on one day and chest on the other from doing push pull legs for so long
How?? Or why??
