I’d try to maintain strength and condition off cycle as pushing calories here is more prone to fat gain.
Extra thermogenesis from cycle supports the food increases nicely and more chance of being catabolic if your plan is to offset food in with out put whilst off.Stay consistent and view a maintenance of all variables off cycle as a big tick in the box ????????

I set a very good pb for me on the hack squat, 6 plates a side for 9 with a single green band for help in the whole and load off the knees – it felt real good!
I’ll be at James Hollingshead level by Xmas haha

As the above comments please try and identify causes of anything that mite have changed.
I find that keeping small amounts of cardio in before and after meals like 10 minute walks really help move things along.
Also avoid fluids 15-20 minutes either side of meals as fluids here will only weaken stomach acids.
In the am waking do half a squeezed lemon and two shots apple cider vinegar in warm water and that will help set you up for your day as well

So yesterday I had a brief chat with Jordan and we’ve decided to make a date in the diary for my pro debut which will be May 10th 2020 at the British Grand Prix!!
44 weeks to bring the best package ever!!
Plan is 28 weeks of pushing weight slowly and start prep mid Jan for a 16 week run in!
I’m very excited and can’t wait to put my self in the mix. I won’t be where I need to be in terms of where I see myself but this is all about self progression and I’d rather do that in the judges eyes than from the shadows????????

Today was rest day, had a nice chilled one responding to client check ins and getting my body set for tomorrow as I’m training legs with Tim Aspinall for the site recorded by the amazing Rebecca Andrews.

Certainly a toxic compound buddy but as you’ve stated keep on top of health supps, use in short durations 6-8 weeks max in reasonable dosages, keep water high and you should be ok. Liver should bounce back quick.
First time users 40/50mg per day – more exp competitors will hit 80/100 per day.

If you look at my insta you will see that today I modified the snatch RDL in my routine and performed them off blocks as a dead stop.
This was for a few reasons:
Limit leg drive and force the glutes/hams/lower back to brace the load and negate over stretching which is how I pulled my left glute 3 weeks back.Felt really nice but extremely difficult. Give them a try, lower back feels smashed already, in a good way 🙂

It can be done be loading food as stated the night before.
Take in some simple carbs In liquid form prior to the session whey some easy digesting protein – example 60g whey isolate 50g HBCD.
Then intra have the MPS max and sustain combo = winning ????????

Another scorcher today in the gym, definitely felt it in the gym in terms of flagging a bit towards the end of the workout and nearly fell asleep a few times on the sofa before writing this haha
Reminder of the importance of staying extra hydrated on these days and even add pink salt to intra as well as all meals through the day.
Travelled to Ultra Flex to train with Kuba and Jimmy today. It was Push day and a chance to get my own back on Kuba for doing me last time on our push video haha
I got an extra rep on him this time ???? but he did bury me in pendulum Thursday so we’ll call it a draw for the week.
We’re putting in some great sessions at the minute and will only lead to some solid new muscle for next year 🙂

As a fat source is ok but if your comparing which one is best you’d go with EVOO all day.

Clen is a supplement added to increase fat loss and should not be used to offset your deficit to add more calories.
Unfortunately dieting at a point will become hard and you’ll need to be strong mentally to keep pushing.
Depending on body fat levels, properly timed refeed’s can be used to stimulate training and a metabolic response.

I would scale clen up by 20mcg weekly to max dose 80/100 – run that for a week then have 1 week off to reset and begin again at 20mcg.
