If you mean you want to protect your wrist from being injured again my first port of call would be a good set of wrist supports for your heavy sets but make sure you don’t wear them all the time as you want to strengthen your wrist too.
Aside from that proper warm ups, correct form and safe progression, you should be fine ????????

Personally I can’t jab legs, hurts way too much which leads me to my point, like anything jab sites are person specific, I can take 3ml in a delt but that is a site I’ve used and built up over time.
I wouldn’t advise anymore than 2ml in one site but these are fine to use for 1ml injections. Areas with lower bodyfat like delts, chest, arms & legs would be more suitable for a shorter needle.

I love to sweat but today think I lost 10lb in that session alone lolSo more interesting than the session I have a serious hot weather food hack to get those carbs in easy and trust me this is golden!!
My normal meal is 280g chicken 110g rice so 90g carbs.
I’d cooked the meal earlier in the day so it was cold at least, I struggle to eat hot food in this weather so most meals are cooked and left to go cold lol.
I ate the chicken first and stared at the rice thinking farrrkkkkkkkkk

Cooked rice
Ice
5 strawberries
Cold water– strawberry rice smoothie tastes fab and went do so fucking easy ????????????

Love heart and liver stack from JP and supp needs should be cool for dosage backed up with a good multi vit and omega oil.
Kidney stack maybe overkill but as stated get blood work done prior to beginning your cycle to see where everything is at baseline level to refer back to at the mid or end of your cycle and for when you try and bring things back in range.
Nolvadex is always handy if any side effects occur from high estrogen but these should be minimal at said dose.
Cure coming is a great supp to use year round natty or assisted for inflammation control and recovery.

Push was real good yesterday, aim for this cruise is still to progress my lifts with a close eye on fatigue and recovery.
Many people lose muscle whilst there cruising or off cycle because they let things slip. Mentally you’ve lost that placebo and that reassurance that your super human. And then for some reason we tell ourselves it’s ok to eat off plan more than we did when we were on cycle.
Training suffers and ultimately so does your physique.
So for me nothing changes, we battle the mental aspect whilst staying on our shit. As I said the only thing that may drop is recovery so we manage that by tweaking volume and slightly lowering overall sets, maybe removing intensifiers such as rest pause.
Yesterday session went as follows:
Flat machine press
Incline DB press
Smith shoulder press
Laying cuffed laterals
Pec dec
Dips
Seated calf’s
Cable ab crunchesAll sets were 5-9 12-15 ????????
I’ve put a rest day in today so I can complete client check ins and rest up for tomorrow’s pull.

Another successful rest day in the books. Can’t stress the importance of rest when your lifting in this format. I doubt many people can train 3 days in a row unless you have super human recovery.
That being said me and Kuba agreed yesterday to hit our cruise period 3 weeks early as we both feel like our bodies are at that point where performance and recovery are slightly down. We’re still progressing but it’s more forced than we know it should be. That coupled with lower libido and feeling restless we’re listening to the warning signs that pushing another few weeks would be counter productive!
So cruise, clear out, blood checks, recharge and one hell of a monster push for 325lb by the end of the year ????????

Exactly buddy.When we say cruise we mean lower doses typically 250-400mg test only per week with the aim bring to restore health markers for vital organs.
Typically done for 4-6 before checking bloods and planning the next cycle which would be referred to as a ‘blast’ hence the term blast and cruise.
I wouldn’t advise cruising for first timers or inexperienced users as a full Pct would be wise here to bring back natural test levels also ????????

Seems the gear was fake sorry dude, trusting your source is something you’ll find over time but sometimes even they legitimately think their gear is real.
Next cycle stick to 250mg again buddy but do all you can to ensure your source knows its 100% legit.

We now have Owen Powell in da house at Ultra and many great athletes making the trip weekly. It’s fast becoming the place to train in the uk. Kuba had a guy travel all the way from Belgium to train with us the other day!!
