First Look and those, perfect these and then Look for easy ways to get Food in
Like the other said – A nice shake with some protein and fats – OR my go to is Protein Whey, Water, Rice Sirup, Banana, Rice Flour and some fats – maybe on top Some juice haha u get easy 1-1.5 kcals

I find its a very interesting theme – Due to the Moral aspect that we face here … im not say Use it, either I would judge someone who does!
Because like I Said – we put so much into our bodies for Performance, fatloss, better Sex Drive and so on … and then there comes a compound that makes it „easier“ to diet and there we draw the line where it is a „No Go“?

You have a really nice physique. The latest training split you suggested would not be the approach I would take. The split Jordan has said would work great for you as it’s gives you the extra training volume you need for your upper body.
Exercise selection, you tell is what you are doing.
From a balance standpoint, work on bringing your lats size up so if you were to draw a line straight down from your lats to outer quad sweep, your lats are as wide as your quads. Work also on rear delts to help cap your shoulders some more. I’d like to see some more muscle tissue on your triceps. The best thing here is to approach training days set up like Jordan said, then breakdown what exercises/ how much training volume you need to stimulate growth but also allow for enough recovery time between sessions

I will definetly Go for that Splitt @Jordan_peters suggest me doing! Focus on Chest and lats – bring rear delts and triceps in and Push my Body weight up for the next month – AND if I have fixxed my injury I will start a diet / Prep again !

Oh wow mate, incredible shape !!!
I would advise u to focus on chest and lats, they will give a even tinier waist (your waist is already ridiculously small !!)
I think those two body parts are the missing points to this insane shape!

This will be best imo , give push and pull even more focus on their own days but everything gets hit twice a week , still hit legs twice a week as can never have big enough legs

One question for your advice – lets say my capacities doesnt allow me to train three days in a row – do I have to make sure that I can do this with lowering volume etc. Or how can I do your advice with 2 Days Training 1 Day Off?
The Older I get and the higher my intensity is I always reconize that the third Session is not the best … in my younger days I could easily do 3 days in a row – Now
Sometimes the third day is like „fuck I could propaply need a Rest“ … -

You can do anything you want, whether or not it’s going to lead to “best” progress is down to multiple factors.
Do you want to post some pics? It might be helpful for us to gauge where you’re at and offer some more informed advice.
