Anyone who have more Input/Informations about the Training from Patrick Tour?
Hey!
I know the approach of Patrick Tour is not like the ones who be liked in this Forum and my approach is also very different. But im very interested in learning and be open for new things.
As I know the Training is build up the SST Sets and Cluster Sets? Is it true?
For Example, first set is heavy 1×6-10 and then a SST or a 4×4 cluster Set?

Since I had to quit my contest Prep this Season due to an injury in my cervical spine that doesn’t allowed my to train my chest / triceps / shoulder properly I was a little bit lost for some weeks.

Hey !
I totally understand the Upper / Lower approach and totally understand why this is one of the best splits u can do to put on muscle!
But I wanna talk about modification for this one! I always trained Push Pull Legs, progressiv and high Frequency ..
Now .. How can we modificati an Upper / Lower Splitt, when someone will bring up more…
