    Hi Dr

At first I feel good. I may be a little exhausted, and it seems that lately I have a hard time increasing my weight

    Hi James

    I have a question

    train ace 1050mg per week
    mast p 1050mg per week
    Test prop 350mg per week

Would the doses be correct? Usually, and from what I have seen, many work with higher doses of testosterone and lower doses of anabolics.

What is the logic of doing it to the contrary?

Yes I understand it perfectly. But always after a cycle I will have certain alterations, especially at the hormonal level, then what kind of values should I take into account to select a PCT or TRT

I’m in the world of competition for 18 years. The question is how can I maintain a good rate of progression. So far I have always done PCT, never TRT for a couple of years let’s say that the use of TRT has become more known. So my question is in my case that I am an athlete that competes at an international level, I can progress faster with the PCT or with the TRT.

Everyone tells me that with my level I should do TRT, I’m from the old school and that’s why my ignorance.

You recommend that at the end of a cycle perform a bloodwork and depending on the result select whether I need to perform a PCT or TRT.

Which markers are the ones that I have to take into account to select one or the other

    Thank you

    Hi Sas

Congratulations for your great physical condition.

    I have a question.

I know that Chris approach to the peak week is very instinctive. But in your case what were the guidelines marked in the loading phase for the Cali Pro.

I am referring to water consumption, carbs load and diuretic doses
