    Your condition is really impressive!

You will use some chemical diuretic as dyazide or you will only use Vitamin C and Dandelion Root.

Your salt intake will be constant during loading or will be reduced or eliminated at some point

I think everyone is overlooking the simple fact you’re really not going to hit daily fibre with those veg sources which mean gut motility is going to be much slower.

You’re also completely missing out on both fibre types with just those veg sources.

To start, add in 10g psyllium husk + 3g apple fibre in the morning with 500ml water followed by another 250ml.

    Thank you very much drdeanstmart,

Tomorrow I will try your recommendations

seems like your doing everything right, could it perhaps be the orals you use in the last few weeks?

My orals are currently 20 mg Halotestin per day, in addition to proviron, aromasin, clenbuterol.

It may well be the type of vegetables you’re using. Failing that a strong black coffee in the morning may help or using supplementation.

At the moment my vegetables are spinach, green asparagus and green beans.

Coffee in the morning always helps me, but always in my last weeks of pre competition it seems that I do not have any effect hahaha

Yes, I tried to lower my vegetables, but everything continues the same.

Regarding food, I am consuming the ones I tolerate the best, at this point, it’s the jasmine rice and the rice cream and my oats

Yes, I usually drink coffee, I do not know if it’s a lot but one or two cafes a day, in addition to my thermogenico that contains 200mg of caffeine

I go very little to the toilet, maybe twice a week.

Has this been a long term thing or is it only during prep? do you feel anxiety attached to going to the toilet, once your constipated it will increase anxiety which also doesn’t help. I use 10g L-glutamine every morning mixed with Greens powder and Glutathione liposomal. My other digestion aids are peppermint teas and the occasional teaspoon of manuka honey. I stay away from gluten, wheat and dairy unless on a cheat. Finding foods that digest well is one of the key factors. What Veg do you have? some can cause gastric issues.[/quote]

My problems to go to the bathroom are always the last weeks of pre contest when the volume of food and variety is more limited.

    I take 10g of glutamine 3 times a day.

Also Probiotics, greens and digestive enzymes.

The vegetables I’m eating right now are green asparagus, spinach and green beans.

It’s complicated, but I appreciate your interest in helping me..

100g of green veg is not much fibre at all as would neither a small serving of oats…..

You need about 10g fibre per 1000kcal but with prep 30g would be a safe bet.

Sounds like you are not moving things along and would be best adding a soluble and insoluble fibre source.

Thank you for your response, there is a supplement or product that can advise me.

Sometimes too much fibre can cause constipation, particularly from insoluble fibre from some vegetables, so that could potentially be your issue. 100g of veg per meal over 5 meals a day is quite high.

Several weeks ago I was alone with 2 meals of 100g of vegetables and sensations, I believe that even worse, that’s why I decided to increase even more vegetables in my diet.

Hey, have you tried lowering your veg a little? are there any foods your not reacting well too? do you drink coffee? and how often are you going to the toilet?

    Hi Kevin

In your carb load phase you reduce the amount of protein per meal. You eliminate the fiber content.

You also never eliminate the added sodium during your carb load.

You will use diuretics in this phase. In case of using what would be your choice and in what moments of the day

Good luck, you’re one step away from getting your Pro card

    Thanks

    Thanks for your answer Kevin.

I have one more question, how much cardio are you doing right now.
