I’ve always had a bit acne in the face. It’s better now but still not as clear as I would like it to be. Any tips what I could do, I mean I’m doing the basics. Drinking water having a good skincare routine, showering regularly. I’m talking supplements here maybe. Anyone who tried something and feel and see any difference? I’m natty.

hey! i have posted a few threads here now and something i get recurring is posting what i eat on a normal day. here it is

When should I eat my fat. I’m holding fat very low, I have my omega 3s and some almond butter and 2 eggs in the morning and then 10g of dark chocolate pre workout. And that’s about it. Could it benefit me to maybe have a fat source after workout too? Maybe move my almond butter to post meal?
