First week cruise is done, cant really say that I feel ultrafesh already since drugs are still in the system, but my blood glucose is still around 75~ bp is 120/70 so perfect.
weight is pretty much same, around a kilogram dropped but thats because of my friends who came to visit from far and I had to show them my city = higher neat
workout vise – still progressing but I guess within 2-3 weeks my strenght should drop alittle, Im fine with that anyway and ready for the lower volume by then as we will probably deload before contest prep begins

We are not rushing anything. If we (what I mean by we – me and Kuba as obviously we are working together) happen to see any sluggish gaings we will not pursue the scale just for the number.
Day by day getting stronger, more focused, with better mindset.

Started tik tok btw – lol – if You guys want to follow – Dejwik92 – some funny videos, some ex. tutiorials and so onWe have finished mini cut phase with Kuba, it took a while, weve cruised aswell meanwhile – so – almost 10 weeks we went down from 129.7 to 115.9 kg

Havent posted for a while so! Hello again
We are at the maintanaince phase with new training + devolume.
Being honest I expected the weight to drop alittle but… all Ive Lost for now is … 0.3kg in 10 days.
Which shows that approach Kuba took condidering my physique and knowing my previous use was briliant. We keept body fresh and not as much inflamed as in the past which pays off now.
Thing is we have to play our strenghts. I highly doubt that my physique is able to become a true mass monster as I rather keep my shape the way it is now. It wouldnt be impossible to push the weight alot higher but it wouldnt benefit as we have to keep my waist as tight as possible.
Looking at these pics and being 100% honest. I look now as I did 8-9 weeks pre last show. Which I am really happy with considering im now 128.8kg.

Havent made any update for a while, watched the videos and forum tho, damn U guys doing great!
128.9kg – 284.1lbs
boy oh boy I feel heavy, but as I reach new teritories it actually gets me more motivated to see, where I can actually end up – and as I am still relatively young – I think I can do it with as little health risk as possible under Kuba guidance.

What id change – I wouldnt bump from 250 test to 500 test npp and mastU can do for example
250 test
+ 250 mast for first 4 weeks
It gives u 250 extraThen add 200 npp
Another 4-6 weeks
check bloods if estro is too low – up the test alil
this way You can progres way longer, and get to the peak dossages later – Your strenght will explode anyway and You wont be this toxic
