Awesome info here JP, do you think that in general 12 weeks is about right for most people for that slow and steady surplus followed by 5-6 ‘mini diet’? Or is it very much person dependant? How many times would you expect to increase your kcals over those 12 week surplus periods?

How do you like to have your ground rice Corinne? Do you mix it with whey also?

JP would there be any difference in post workout LISS than say doing LISS on your rest day or maybe even right before bed on a training day?

Hi Jordan, loving your off season blog. I have a quick question i hope you dont mind answering. I know on here you had said your food volume will decrease when you finish your blast and begin to cruise. Will your overall volume of training/ working sets decrease at all? Or will you keep it the same and still push to progress with either weight or reps on all working sets?
