    Hi Thomas,

    I don’t feel very flat though. In the past I’ve used 100mcg but still looked hard and dense. My body just seems to be doing something really strange this time round. I haven’t used any GH during this prep and I’m hoping it’s not that.

    In terms of my calories/macro’s, what do you think? For my first ever show 2 years ago my calorie intake for the last 6 weeks was very low. Condition was amazing but it left me feeling absolutely fucked. I’m still stuck in the notion that I have to push food lower to achieve amazing condition.

    This what my current setup looks like…

    Meal 1 – Apple Cider Vinegar, Manuka Honey – 0/10/10
    Meal 2 – Dymatize ISO 100 – 42/0/0
    Meal 3 – Beef Mince & Rice – 53/30/16
    Meal 4 – Dymatize ISO 100 – 42/0/0
    Meal 5 – Beef Mince & Rice – 53/30/16
    Meal 6 – 5 Whole Eggs, Coconut Oil – 35/0/35
    Meal 7 – Beef Mince & Rice – 53/30/16
    Meal 8 – 5 Whole Eggs, Coconut Oil – 35/0/35

    Total – 313/100/118

    My refeed is 304/370/8.

    Thanks for the compliment Thomas. I’ve always used T3 in my contest prep. Why do you advice against it mate?

    I was under the impression 25mcg of T3 is what a healthy body naturally produces so using anything less than 50mcg would be kind of a waste.

    Hi guys,

    My super supplements look like this…

    300mg Test
    700mg Tren
    700mg Masteron
    700mg Primobolan
    100mg Winstrol
    120mcg Clen
    50mcg T3

    I’ve backed off cardio now and am only doing 30-45 minutes 3-4x a week. I’ve also increased my food intake. I was dieting far too hard and in my eagerness to get absolutely peeled, dropped my calorie intake to 2000-2200Kcal.

    I’m 6ft and weigh 100kg/220lbs at the moment.

    My macros now are 328/100/118 with a refeed every 3 days.

    Please feel free to give your opinions guys. Really struggling this prep.

    Thanks Jordan.

    This situation is really bothering me now as I’ll be 1 week out from Sunday but keep getting bloated.

    I’ve tried eliminating a few things but nothing is helping.

    Can orals such as Winstrol and Anavar cause stomach bloating? I’ve read online and been told by a few that orals can cause this.

    This is what I’m currently using:
    – Tren Ace
    – Masteron
    – Winstrol
    – Letrozole
    – T3
    – Clen
    – Pharma grade GH @ 2.4iu ED
    – Metformin SR
