so rest day today
usual stuff
went into town with Mummy Ingman who is the real top dog in my life! had a nice day…took her for lunch in a cute south African coffee shop…i was menu scouting for post show breakfast as that will be my treat 🙂
she has mac&cheese and said it was ‘exceptionally good’ …now, mummy Ingman is a hard lady to please…i should know, ive been trying for many years haha so this kinda feedback….rare! 🙂 i had coffee, and it was lush too – its maybe the one…research will continue!pull tomorrow and busyyyyy Thursday….but i will breatheeee my way through it 🙂

dip variation – 1 set
chest iso – 1 set
skull db or zbar – 2 sets
laterals – x 2
single arm lateral x2
abslittle more work on triceps directly and cross over and placed higher in the session too?

push session today
very pleasedshoulder press machine – ALL TIME PB ON THIS…not sure where that one came from haha – 91.25kg each side x 7 – 75kg each side x 12
inc bb – 102.5kg x 5, 93kg x 9 – happy with this, but will drop now as the top set is getting hard to stabilse and that’s not useful for muscle retention
narrow bb floor press – 102.5kg x 3, 80kg x 11 = again happy but same comment as above
standing cable fly – 2 sets – up
tricep pushdown – 2 sets – up
lying cuff lateral – 3 sets – up
single arm side raise machine – 3 sets – up
abs – 3 setsand tomorrow is usually pull but we have another rest day – in full honesty this was to fit in seeing the rugby on Friday! BUT its nice to have a period of EOD at this point too 🙂 so its timed nicely!
treatment tomorrow with Dan – ill ask him to get into my back again like he did last week…he worked a wonder! its not hurting at all now, but that sustained treatment will ensure to fully fully recover
in other news…Jordan had a very successful push session today…you have no idea how wonderful it is to see him lifting and not in a ball of upset and frustration at his own body….he is a part of me..and when that part is hurting for so many reasons, im hurting too…
in other other news…PL …ive been accepted to lift at the GPC pro meet on 26th September…so that is the PL target now! exactly 6 months from stage, so its a great time frame – and im pleased i have that back in the dairy…as you know i was upset about the july meet and i like to have a target to re focus my PL mind to
and in other other other news…frank has been A-OKAYED at the vets… so i can remove his collar and that’s that! i have eye drops for his one eye…! to ensure its always nice and fresh and we don’t run into trouble….obvs…if we did then that wouldn’t be fab news…as he does now only have the one! 🙂
great day tbh…frank be ‘signed off’ honestly makes me the happiest puppaa mummaa – he is my baby and Jordan feeling positive….my boys are back! <3 x

had a lie in which was lush – body felt more refreshed after this and Frank didn’t wake me too much in the night…so that’s lovely
as hes old now he gets up between 1-3 times a night and I have to let him out to pee or have a drink…i don’t mind as i adore him…but when im sleepy..it is a little like,,,,ooo frankkkkkk ! hahagood day – booked the dentist for Friday..eurgh
booked my hair in for the week of the comp – yehhh 🙂cooking, eating, working

to add….can you outline exactly your sessions? then we can advise a little more on exercise selection in order to shift a little more focus onto the triceps.

as we know …no BB squatting at the moment – I think im finally ok with this haha
haven’t 100% percent decided my movement yet but I will update after
6 weeks 6 day mark
diet change happened from the 5th, not feeling any different at all, never do tbh!
