do you know the movements that CAUSED the issue? in which case literally don’t do them!
For example – Jordan cannot do leg extension as he KNOWS that every time he tries to it triggers an issue and leads to tendonitis.

bear in mind also
at the start – bigger drops are ok….as you get closer to being ready the drops should be smaller as you have less to lose – think of a % of your overall weightso really ‘soft’ clients, have dropped 3-4lbs in the first couple of weeks…as it is there to lose – and don’t forget that water holds where fat is stored….so as you let leaner you will also drop water weight which sometimes accounts for a larger drops

woke back at baseline – 154.8lbs
Jordan would like me to weigh in at the mo as another feedback tool YES mostly we use the visual but in order not to make an error at this stage he likes both….I still have 3 weeks, and very little to come off. so if we miss something, I will drop mass, and then the look is gone.

so rest day yesterday – on orders to do less….fine! don’t like it haha but totally ok with it …had treatment….I wanted to go into legs BUT no thanks, as after the session the day prior I tough it best to leave them well alone
chest today
woke at 154.8lbs – lightest yet
Jordan instructed more food – so an extra 290g of carbs
pre – 90
intra – 60
pwo – 200
meal after that – 100meal 1 and pre bed the same as pro fat

the last week or so has…not guna lie…been stressful! with the move of the stock etc etc ive been so out of my depth with new forms/systems etc etc BUT im there now and super proud of myself for learning all the new stuff! im not a fan of computers hahaanyway another diet change
30c out of the training days and 100kcals out of rest day – so I removed 15carb and 4 fatcondition is good….tbh I don’t see it….but Jordan is very very happy – I never see it tho haha
hacks today – 110kg per side x 9…then when to 90kgs per side and got 16
very good session – super accurate – body is smashed but in a productive sense!rest day tomorrow – treatment….think ill get work into my IT bands as they feel TIGHTTTTTT

the early days of restriction didn’t affect me

haha I read it then came to reply and it wasn’t there
I think in honesty my food doesn’t ever get THAT low..not to the point it has needed to in the past…ie 700 kcals and 3 hours cardio per day…in that state your body and mind is panicking a little
I eat a lot of veg/salad all year round too and this is unchanged in prep, im always hydrated…so those things are great for satiety anyway
health supps are on point, so those bases are covered….my body doesn’t have a reason to be struggling so to speakplus, I really enjoy it….and yeh, ive been doing it a while so I just don’t think about it – also past issues have defo altered my relationship with food…so NO I don’t think my view on food is ‘healthy’ so to speak…and I think that phase kinda knocked something from me mentally I guess

all numbers were up actually which was such a nice feeling4 weeks and 4 days out – 32 days
no changes to note today BUT we will be altering the training a little from now….I CANNOT lose my upper body so I need to specify – this means moving to a more body part focussed plan
