MORNING 🙂
i knowwww im terrible at updating BUT i promise im not being lazy…im working away with the business side of things…these are more important than updated about me!
training is going very very very well now
i have reached a point where my natural progression has started to creep i think which is really cool and exciting
time will tell if i can gain some tissue over the coming months
diet is consistent as usual – condition is stable
i will creep food up a little bit from here as im still very lean…it would be smart to give my body a tiny bit more to use & recover with
ill then ‘diet’ for body power….if i need to, as in honesty, there isnt that much to diet off! but i would like to feel confident when manning the queues for jordan haha

sorting the back end systems for the clothing
writing clothing description & product uploads
customer services
shipping / courier issues and contracts
trade and wholesale orders
training…obvs
and using cleaning, cooking, washing, shopping….
im just not that exciting, i apologise 😉

i agree – too much cotton wool can never be a good thing in my opinion
had a good couple of sessions – creeping strength and its holding
9 weeks post show now which is madness! im in a good spot…the look is ok…it tends to fluctuate quite a lot depending on the previous day – ie rest day or training….always look a little sucked down after rest days at the mo …but i will be smaller going forward ….just need to fight to keep proportions in a good place – round legs and small waist and the ‘size’ is pretty irrelevant

its my dads birthday….so going out for a meal tonight with the close family, will be really nice ?
had a productive sunday and monday in terms of work – lovely jubly
leg day tomorrow…very relieved not to be doing heavy heavy loading on squats! my body needs a wee break from that …get it ready for some more soon ?

he chose to go to a chinese restaurant…which wouldnt be my choice at all (arghhh) – but its cool, i chose the best option i could…portion of boiled rice, and king prawns with broccoli, no oil – was really nice actually, very clean tasting…luckily my parents are restaurant snobs so we wouldnt ever go to a greasy kinda place! haha PLUS, my mum is a pessimist! her descriptions of things are always based around the work ‘adequate’…so when she likes something, its feedback i listen to! (can imagine the limited praise i received as a kid lol)
i had a mini decaf cafetiere to finish….which is always a highlight 🙂

I do like Nicks look BUT i favour others due to shape
i think midsection plays a big part….they are marked down for distention etc Hadis abs are mad too !
Agreed regarding Nicks shape. It’s unfortunate for him as I’m not sure there is much he can do to address it. He can get better by getting bigger for sure but can not alter his shape (much).
Hadi’s physique is my favorite out of the open guys, he is crazy looking!
Distention is definitely more penalised now than it was a handful of years ago. However, I think even when a bodybuilder has a small waist, it does not look that impressive when their abs lack development. Just my opinion and preference.[/quote]
agreed – hadi is also my favourite
i think mid section depends on each body tbh
some have block ab brick so to speak some are much smoother but can vacuum etc etc – so its really depends what suits each physique – very important in the overall flow and aesthetics though
i think shape can be altered with improved proportions as you say – but of course, the genetic component of our muscle bellies etc etc are the underlying limitation

does anyone have any opinions/views/thoughts about the olympia?
for me….i favoured Brandon to win with Hadi second, Ramy third – just personal preference i guess .
Personally I preferred Brandon and Hadi to Ramy. I also like Nick Walkers physique as I think his abdominals look very impressive and should be the centrepiece of any physique. They do not seem to hold much importance in bodybuilding scoring which baffles me.
Personal preferences aside, I thought Ramy had won the show comfortably right from the start. I was (pleasantly) surprised to discover than him and Brandon were scored so closely at pre judging![/quote]

The squats the other day were bloody amazing!
Romania…fab idea to me, to really just enjoy it. No pressure and just be in the moment.
Olympia – totally agree for Brandon to win! His physique was such an improvement from last year and Hadi is also something else. For me, not a fan of Ramy’s look.
Great to see Andrea Shaw retain the title too.
Fitness conditioning this year was much better too!
Oh wait and we can’t forget 212…Derek lunsford!! My god. What a shape.thank you – i was pleased with myself 🙂
ill have to look into the travel restrictions with Romania…50% of my really wants to…50% of me is like, well ive just upped food, maybe i should just crack on…hmm we will see
hadi is my favourite look tbh – but i see that he is much smaller than others so i would argue brandon was more ‘bodybuilding’ in this case
i had Derik for the win based on shape BUT i did thing Shauns condition was better

151.8 (new low) – Push
As expected with the fatigue dropping off and a visual shift over the last 4-6 days, I knew a new low was probably lurking around the corner.
Happy with where I’m at this morning a nice balance of condition and fullness, if I’m lighter than 151 on Saturday even with GI shift from dropping veg that will maybe be a little too light. We’ll see.
Push today will be a completely normal session just no forced reps taken!

from what ive seen on here it defo is a higher carb / lower fat method
do you know if this is just the ‘post show’ diet or if this is the set structure/plan?
