I would definitely only use the recommended dose! 11g
I didn’t actually find it to be that strong WHICH IS GOOD in my view – strong session, focussed, got a little bit warmer than usual

I do some lat pulls as well to warmup lats

brilliant session, everything up weight/reps or both
it was deficit SLDL today and do find it so hard to maintain top fits on the compounds….my erector strength is new, so its the first thing to drop off! I got 165kg x 6 last time and today 166kg x 6 – SO progress, but it was super hard,…body wanted to break form through its weakness, so I will have to be mindful of that to avoid injury10 sessions left – 7 at max volume
coincidently…my log book has just 7 pages left! so the new one will start with 3 deload volume sessions for the perfect springboard into the strength phase…almost like I planned it…I feel that’s a positive for my next log book πtrainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |

obviously youre aiming for more mass all over! but in my view, lat width is probably the biggest weakness? what do you think?did you coach yourself?
in terms of off season…
how much cardio have you kept in?
what does your diet look like now?
what is your training set up? PPL? and NOW it will be FT? reason for this?AND LASTLY….which 2 easter eggs did you go for? haha π

I do think its best to have a variety
oats do still need to be cooked – so its just as time consuming to boil some potato in a pan, or put a jacket potato on the microwave
or put some microwave rice in toorice cakes, bread, fruit – none of these needed preparing AT ALL.

as hilly mentions….
weight isn’t really a valid tool with such change in variables
muscle weighs more than fat and is very easy to drop
fat weighs less than muscle but is easier to gainso the weight at the same level will be the change in composition

question is relative to y0ur muscularity, your strength and how you built it!
if you have always trained lighter with higher reps it will be easier to maintain what you have
if you have been a heavy lifter…then its unlikely you will keep it all BUT you can manage it well πremember that volume doesn’t equal more muscle
how are you thinking to train?
and as above, bands and body weight stuff like dips and chins add considerable load π

some stuff by quite a bitim literally just ticking each session until the next phase now
I have a total of 11 sessions left….all I have to do is apply myself, focus and creep a tiiiiiiiny bit of weight, or a rep or even half a rep or even just an eccentric control – JOB DONE
last 3 sessions (so 1 push, 1 pull, 1 legs) we have already decided will be at deload volume to AVOID a slump in performance AND ensure im ready teddy for the strength that will ensue…and WILL totally ruin me haha …in terms of recovery demand
so actually just 8 sessions of full volume to go – in theory…..easy ? π

little bit colder today! just about to walk the pups and the coat might need to go back on…thought I could put that away!
push day today – lets try and beat some numbers
next (just under) 3 weeks will be a little tougher BUT I will creep it I think πdid anyone get anything exciting for easter? any good / unsual eggs?
