decent leg session
made a few alterations to ensure its optimal for me so…Cable curl – 2
Adductor – 2
Lying leg curl – 2, second as a double rest pause
leg extension – 1
Leg press – HAVENT LEG PRESSED IN 6 MONTHS….3 sets
dead stop hack – 1
glute drive – 1
single leg leg press – 1 double rest pause
45 degree hyper – 1 double rest pause
toe press – 2
dec abs – 3I don’t know how im feeling tbh…anxious really…im worried I wont step forward again, I dunno why, Im just waiting for strength to hit in, and its not feeling easy yet…im scared of failing

pull was actually a real good session – eccentric deads, 161kg x 14 – next time ill be upping the weight as body will be ready 🙂

decent session…but a little frustrating…my right shoulder is a bit niggly…ongoing thing…today my left side defo wanted another rep and my right didn’t.
So I held and crept strength but it felt limited which I realllly don’t want going forwardI need some treatment on it, fingers crossed I can asap

how now….super fast
diet will go up in sync with the next phase so I will write that out tomorrow 🙂
im cool with that but as usual will always feel a little anxious of itfunny now as I have a really high intra workout – I always used to feel nervous for that…illogically so
but I love it…I need it…Im proud I can train hard enough to warrant it – i think that’s one way ive managed to change my mind set with food….I need & want it, it positively helps me achieve and that excites me rather than scares me…I want to be stronger than I have ever believed possible…only one way to do that…and its not to sabotage your own progress

actually a bit..not so great today
strength was reduced on main lifts – the Rack BB press, I loath anyway but is so dependant on stability its just one of those lifts…also I hate the lack of standardisation so im going to scrap it and replace with a dead stop rack BB press ….horrible as its real tough to get the line right BUT I would rather be accountable to thatinc smith was ok, a little down on top weight

ive not seen it BUT im sure there are few around 🙂likely hasn’t been replicated for a reason!
I don’t see how this would isolate the lat – it would have to tie in a lot of drive from the arms and I guess the strength curve is pretty bad, making it tricky to get the muscle shortI might be very wrong!

SO seen as im in a good spot, we have discussed postponing re-addition for another week
which makes a lot of sense.rest day today and the post leg slump has encroached, increasingly so throughout the day haha

leg dayloving dead stopping everything…its a whole new beast!
I also have leg extension in now for 1 15-20 rep set after all my leg work
its so horrid…that burn!so fingers crossed, my legs will be better by the stage…end of the year…pending,…probably 🙂
