Hello, welcome to my training blog 🙂 its Thursday the 21st august and we are 9 weeks and 2 days away from the nabba universe (arghhhhhhhhhh)
I came second at the brits and was ridiculously happy with the package I brought, I never ever thought I would be able to get that lean…it surprised me and it surprised Jordan lol now im ready to bring it all over again but this time leaner but MUCH fuller….im also just 10 days away from the british powerlifting meet which is a qualifier for the worlds in Miami in November…im doing bench only as to be honest ill be too lean to squat or deadlift without hurting myself!!
ive grown some nice lean mass since the brits which will definitely need against the international competitors as they tend to bring a bigger fulllook to the stage…
currently training twice a day 3 days on 1 day off
back, chest
quads, hams
shoudlers, arms
rest…
im doing 45mins cardio on a rest da morning and a sprint session in the afternoon
my macros are…
training day – 180 protein, 320 carb, 20 fat
rest day – 180 protein, 200 carb, 25 fat
all is going well so far….im just THE MOST impatient person and want to be peeled now! (much to Jordans irritation…im constantly trying to haggle food down or cardio but im not allowed!!)
