cant believe this time last week we were arriving at watford….how has it been a week!?anyway
PULL today…GREAT session – nice and strong
the sooner i can get this muscle on the better so i can get 2021 underway
i hope the calendar is kind…i would LOVE to go again march/april time…then again at the end of the year…we will seethe session…and it really was brutal…so so drained…must remember, i am still kinda lean lol

Adductor – 1 higher rep set
Heel raised trap bar, continuous – 1 set, 9 reps – THIS GOT ME!! so dam hard…straight into leg ext…wont keep this though, as my ability to get short wasnt great, so 2 x trap pull will be more advantegous.
Upper back row – 2 sets
Chest t bar upper back β -2 sets
Seated lat row cable β 2 sets
Prone pulldown lower lat with 5 seconds in the stretch – 2 sets
Rear delt pulldown – 1 RP
single arm cable curl face in – 1 set, then face out, 1 set

i will be open, honest and 100% myself …im excited and nervoius to see how this journey has me looking and feeling
its guna be a rollercoaster…..so i will share all those thoughts with youThe comp was wednesday…i will start at the top…
right away off stage, feelings all over the place…jordan and went and trained, i went to my nans grave with my dad…why not? lol
hydrated, i actually felt pretty nauseous….im not sure why, i think it was just the emotion of it all?on the way home, stopped at a services, got a panini, sandwich, some prawns and a muffin…and a coffee with hazlenut syrup
not the usual post show meal out we have….but life has kinda put a block on dinner dates…!
had some cereal and stuff before bed – just ate enough to make sure i was starting on the right foot.Day 1 – Thursday
pull session – obvs volume was real low but still had a very good session

dogs are already in the kennel so i havent even left the house….it feels odd haah

DAY 141 – AN UNKNOWN NUMBER OF DAYS OUT…
so, saturday is off
will it be wednesday? i dont know yet, waiting on confirmation.900c yesterday – 3.3lbs on
today added 60c to a normal rest day BUT seriously FA movement
much shorter dog walks, pop to the shop, rest of the day will be on my bottom as i now only have a couple of days to get legs fresh and they are very very mashed right nowbit stressed trying to reorangise things tbh….ive recruited my dad to drive down tuesday night, stay in a hotel, then compete (hopefully) wednesday afternoon
written out a schedule to make sure i have prepped all meals for jordan for the trip – my food is easy as i use rice cakes, rice crispies etc etc to carb up on
jus trying to not be too worried and just tick things off, get jobs done.
