so yes i have been off here a while and i do apologise for that, but in honesty i have been flat out
i have had to prioritise work for the last few weeks as i mentioned above …i dont have the luxury of being able to generate more hours in a day
i wont go into it as its boring and im not saying that i am the busiest person in the world….obvs not…no complaints my endso as you will know we are on a diff split now which is going well
feels really good to be focussing on exactly what we need to progress.very dainting thought to know i have to step into the WBB class now and i feel like a little fish among sharks!
aiming for sept/oct this year – so spain, prague, uk…i would be 38 out from spain today, prague i think is usually the week before but no date released yet
body comp is decent – obvs softer now as i am in a surplus and adding size
strength is very very high on all movements
density is increasingim posing daily as usual and working on new poses to fit the class
diet is great and food is high
macros are (not inclusing trace which would actually be a chunk come to think of it…so maybe one day when i have a spare moment in the distance future i will work this out lol)training day

but from now on we will be altering the training split – moving to a more specific plan as we need more attention to detail at this stage
i still did legs today as i have a few appointments and commitments this week which im not rearranging
means i have to double rest – i will go tomorrow to help jordan in the sessionthe set up will be

machine side raise – 2 sets – both up nicely
High incline DS smith – 2 sets – ON IG, happy
prime – 1 set – matched it pretty much, only thing that isnt really progressing
narrow DS smith – 2 sets, both up
Decline cable fly – 2 sets – up up
Jm press up – 2 sets, again both up
dual prime rope pushdown – 1 set, more weight and 1 rep
Single arm OH tri – 1 set, diff rep range but was good
cuff side raise – 3 sets , all nice and strong
cable front raise – 1 set, up

it really drained me though tbh
everything progressed, contractions were perfect
bigger legs must be on route!can feel recovery is starting to dip as expected …no biggy – not impacting anything yet

met my sister for a coffee….outside..which was actually ok as we got lucky and no rain!
