i cannot believe the madness of the past week or so
i think ive aged about 20 years lolso things are great – training super strong

pull day – devolume – GREAT
everything was super strong and felt really rightCalendar and comp dates are starting to creep out
original thought was to target october ish to allow the full year to improve and target the olympia 2022
BUT jordan is happy with the muscle SO we may consider going sooner…..olympia could be sept as usual or decemeber as it was last year
who knows! we are all just guessing lolso im guna go with the flow…and do as im told, leave the path in jords hands…at the end of the day, im not even looking at myself! only if jordan sends me a pic of myself and says look at this etc etc
so if he thinks im ready to head into prep again then i will
if im not i wontif a show is on and i dont place….who cares?
if i make it to O this year….amazing, if i dont…then i dont!if i prep and the show is cancelled…so be it…as you all know i dont care much as i dont need a show to stay focussed or on track…i do however need to know im better…and at least in with a shot of displaying my work – easy 🙂

im kindaaaa feeling fresher…ish…but not? lolpull tomorrow but baseline volume
jordan is happy with the look so we have crept food a wee bit
10fat more on a gym days
and 20carb more on a rest dayso my current direct macros are….

recovery
we have tried numerous times to do a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off set up and we always always have to stop after about 3 weeks as we simply cant recover from 3 on
not in an arrogant way….but myself and jordan train really hard…and we can just trash ourselves session after session! so the point of doing a more split routine was to put more attention into each muscle group….GREAT and it worked really well in the last few weeks….BUT there is no point giving them more attention if we are never recovered!so back to PPL, we know we like it…we know we make progress…we know we can recover
we will take a lot of elements that we applied with the other split and put those in place with the old split….and with that, i think this will be the ultimate method for us 🙂

we are resting today, tomorrow, sunday
then back to pull monday – picking up PPL againso so tired
so much workbut i am not moaning…i will get well ahead this weekend

amazing back session as per below….really strong too ….i was shocked as i feel so so tired!
Undergrip pulldown – 3 sets
Seated lat cable row – 3 sets
Chest support lat t bar – 2 sets, 1 TD set
Upper back t bar – 1 set, 1 TD set
Upper back pulldown – 4 sets with 1 min recovery between
Rear delt row – 4 sets with 1 min recovery between
Abshoping this will translate nicely over to some new muscle and sweepy bits 🙂
