so so good..the vibe was amazing today, both me and jordan were Captain and Captainess of PB land lolhigh inc smith – 51.25kg each side x 7 ….55kg each side x 4 – I WANT TO GET THE 3 PLATES
shoulder press machine – 80kg each side x 6 ….90kg each side x 4 ….70kg each side x 10 – NOT BEEN ON THIS FOR AGES, 90 X 4 WAS NOT EXPECTED
narrow smith press – 40kg each side x 6 ….30kg each side x 11
cable fly – 3 sets – 7 5 11
pushdown – 3 sets – 11 9 7
DB Skull – 2 sets, 6, 14
cable side raise face out – 3 sets, 15 11 8
machine side raise – 11 16
calves – I DID THIS WITH THE SMITH ON A FLAT FLOOR….IM HAVING REAL ISSUES WITH MY ANKLES/ACHILLES, ESP ON THE RIGHT FOOT…SAME LEG I CANT BEND MY KNEE (so not annoying or weird…!) IT MUST BE A TIGHTNESS IN THE CALF, SO ITS NOT ACTUALLY THE ACHILLES TENDON ITS THE TIBIALIS…BUT I CANT EVEN TOUCH IT WITHOUT SERIOUS PAIN, PISSING ME OFF NO END! anyway…trainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |

areas that were previously ‘trouble areas’, ie those that would hold more body fat are simply not…glutes/lower back….REALLY thin at this body weight
literally never seen him in this spot before
muscle mass is higher too – those areas that we needed to bring up certainly have (lats/quads)

body is ok….still tried and painful
but its the life i signed up for i guess!re assessed volume to got back to and with this slight change we have altered diet
so 50carb out of all training days

worked on my I CANT BEND MY LEG issue….odd one…not 100% on that but looks like its a tightness in my calfjordan…yes you are right….robust i am….just a little haggard…but we can work with that!

the last 3 sessions have been mega…serious all time strength going on and im smashed
so DV today, tomorrow and legs…then back to it
body is really niggly too tbh…getting annoyed about this, but then jordan pointed out that i only have 1 skeleton…and comparatively im actually quite strong, so i cant expect to really do all this to it without it getting upset haha

body is heavy today!
but thats expected….and its a rest day….and ive not had any commitments today (just the usual life stuff….shopping/walk dogs/cleaning etc)
so thats nice24 weeks and 6 days out
so the question is….do i now start to count down to the show or still up from the last!?

yes i did go there for my mastersi loved it….but i didnt live a student life so to speak, so i wouldnt know from that perspective.
also it would depend what you studied as to which campus you were on, so i wouldnt know anything about the main campus…basically im no help hahahwe travelled to train at Strength Asylum
