no, i dont – i am focussed on my goal – body fat is normal to have and necessary
plus, Im not actually ‘fat’ , i gain a good amount of weight to improve and succeed

That dose I seen run with women’s bodybuilding I don’t think there is any need to run drugs this high.

agree – compounds in there that shouldnt be used with females in any class ever in my opinion

the reason she isnt lean through glutes yet is literally just about time.
nobody can hit real condition in 1 diet phase
so im sure with a productive surplus phase after the shoot and another diet again – she will get leaner in the stubborn areas – thats how everyone starts
as mentioned above be mindful of assistance use
i think the wellness class will be perfect – tons of potential 🙂

please realise that what i am about to explain is very much RELATED TO JORDAN ONLY…. this isnt a method i use for others and not one that we use for me!.
ill try to explain as thoroughly as i can
jordan is very very sedentary – to the point where others wouldnt comprehend this! thats not an insult to jordan at all…thats a fact
So the training session is his only output. His only chance to expend energy.
Also Jordan is insanely strong – so within a session, the output is huge! as the work done is literally more. (basic maths)
Also movement during a session expends more kcals as he weighs a lot. So imagine strapping a 25kilo plate to your body and then performing your session…..much harder right! higher HR, higher breathing rate etc etc….all these elements increase energy demand and fuel used.
ANYWAY
so when jordan does a reduced session he is vastly using less calories. In comparison, If i halve my volume, YES i am doing less and using less energy, but not to the same overall extent, as my total output across a day is still demanding energy. The session as a percentage of my total output in a day is about 50%, for Jordan this would be about 95% (i dont know the % exactly obviously, im just stating numbers for reference)

i have halved his intra workout carbs, and reduced the pre and post by about 10%
i would have removed more, BUT i didnt, as we are in a deficit already, and have other tools in the mix like increased clen (another way to create a deficit) – ALSO the point of a DV period is to recover….so if i had removed MORE i feel that would have just eaten into recovery, thus negating the point!
I wanted to see jordan maintain, or step slightly forward in this phase. which he has.

arghhhh – obvs a while yet, but its just going so fast!
nothing changing for me…just sitting and waiting! will make the first big changes at 16 out

The answers are rarely the same as this is topic is subjective – the solution is variable from person to person
so this is why those that are vastly more experienced than you will all give their own opinion/ a different answer
the underlying theme….use as little as possible (if you choose to be assisted) in line with your development and take care of health…train hard and eat accurately for a long long time to earn the muscle mass – emphasis on the latter

great pace, progressions on all
probs the last few sessions where i can expect steps up…but thats cool, ill just hang in there and hold as much as i can
suns out again today…i have a really beautiful blossom tree in the garden….and im just watching it bloom more and more…so lovely
im guna see what pops up this year, incase the previous owner planted anything with annual bloom…and then ill plant some stuff! i really want forget me nots, snow drop, crocus’ and daffodils…lets see what grows !

ive done both
they compliment each other in many ways when focussed on separately
however….if you ENJOY the process of bodybuilding, and you dont really like powerlifting….then i would stick with my passion
hobbies are something we CHOOSE to do…so you should really love your lifestyle, training, diet etc – it shouldnt be forced in my opinion

in my view ….if a relationship is strong and true….nothing will damage it
if the relationship is not going to last anyway….a prep can for sure be a good test!
in all seriousness, prep is nothing but a phase of working towards an imminent goal.
if the goal is something you enjoy, which i assume it is as you have chosen to compete, then there is no need to act any differently in the prep
sure, you will be a bit more tired at times, but does that mean your behaviour has to change? no – you are in control of your actions, so act in line with the values of your relatio ship.
as long as you are both aware that you will maybe be a little quiet some days, or maybe a bit frustrated, thats cool…many things in life make us irritable…its just an emotion

chirooooo – i think im guna keep in a session a week throughout this whole prep – my body is being pushed and it needs it i think …as i get lighter im sure i will be less niggly, so could reduce to 1 / 10-14 days…but we will see 🙂

really nice day actually – saw my sister and nephew
saw my mum…saw my dad
not all at the same time i will add, so dont worry…!
noticed some snow drops and other plants growing through in the garden which im excited about….not lived here long so i dont know what will grow! my mum suggested i just wait this year and see what pops up, and then plant things for next year…which makes sense
obviously we had the update yesterday – im VERY pleased that schools are back up and running as i think thats so so important
of course, like everyone, i would like things to hurry up! but if this can all be ‘over’ by june…how wonderful will that be!?
