    @antoniol – if you ask this in the training section, you will get lots of answers and opinions to help 🙂 my answer to you, if you cant fit this structure to you schedule, then yes, use a true upper lower plan instead

    lets keep jordan log as jordans log – so we can all follow this process cleanly 🙂

    so diet change from today – about 200kcals down on all days

    clen is now out – tapered this down as explained above, which has worked well and there has been no weight increase from this. hence a kcal reduction today to ensure that we keep chipping away 🙂

    i saw my sister, niece and nephew – we went to the park and played! so much fun and a lovely day

    i actually feel a bit pink in the cheeks! so might even have caught the sun… 🙂

    usual stuff other than that

    into the 16 WEEK OUT MARK!!!!!!! that seems close right!?

    pull day today – went well

    152.5kg on the double paused RDL x 8

    today was the FIRST day that i felt less power….which is bloody cool seen as ive been supp free for agessssss

    standard kinda monday – also buying a few bits and bobs to make my nephews 1st birthday cake! im excited to do that

    guna do a caramel marble cake – and decorate it like a shirt and bow tie

    m1 – 100c

    pre gym – 100c

    intra – 100c

    pwo – 135c

    meal – 100c

    119 days

    now i really am feeling its close haha

    but we have a small diet change started yesterday as above – so im confident we start to move steady movements on condition

    push day today…i am actually STILL progressing…i dont understand lol

    my quad DOMS are off the chart

    i was going to get the trap bar dead back into pull to bump up quad frequency BUT not tomorrow….they feel bruised to touch…im not exaggerating haha so ill stick to my double paused RDL for another week until my legs decide they would like to recover

    going to re add the adductor set into the start of pull again….always has a nice impact on leg density so time to get that in seen as my legs looks skinny and poop 🙂

    i dont count these as i dont swap my food choices. So anything trace is a constant

    If you are going to change your carbs sources, then yes, count the trace macros as well

    its just a small reduction of kcals – food choices and layout is the same

    im not posting it up with specifics as jordan doesnt want to over think anything haha but literally i have shaved off a few fats and a carbs

    method i will use is to leave to the peri workout nutrition as intact as possible and take more from other meals first, i will then work with satiety and preference more so to avoid cravings/hunger

    i think i understand the question

    jordan is busy – BUT NOT in a movement sense

    he works at a computer on a chair – very little movement involved there 🙂

    update from me

    the look this morning was sharper – midsection was the flattest and best ive seen it in ….a very long time! so thats really exciting 🙂 i know we can have this midsection totally flat and aesthetic come show day 🙂

    first morning that i felt jordan looked A TINY bit flatter – mostly through his erectors – there is SO much mass there its quite easy to spot when its not full volume…BUT not of concern

    cycle…i think that nandrolone needs to be worked out and removed, so this is now … 1 g eq, 1 g primo, 500 mg nandrolone, 700 mg tren e, 700 mg mast…the nandrolone can be swapped out for test to boost fullness as needed. The primo and mast cover any aromastisation in the this case so no AI is needed.

    AI is another tool that can be used in sync with test later in a prep….a balance of including test for fullness, (when truly lean, there would be no water retention. just muscle pressure) but then controlling this with an AI…there is no right or wrong method with this really – more a case of reacting

    i made a diet change starting the first session back to full volume training – pull.

    so the energy balance / fat loss tools were a kcal reduction and an output increase.

    the first session clen was kept the same, from this we saw a good drop in body weight….clen remained for the rest day as output is lower here and jordan doesnt turn over water so well on a rest day…today, legs, i know this session can literally wipe 2lbs off him, so clen has been tapered down by about 30% – removing it completely i feel is too much of a shift. this will be worked out totally, to allow for a period off completely to increase receptivity and then reuse it at a later point as another tool

    i think thats it for now 🙂

    no, i dont – i am focussed on my goal – body fat is normal to have and necessary

    plus, Im not actually ‘fat’ , i gain a good amount of weight to improve and succeed

    i really do gain considerable body fat – i was 152 lbs at the last comp and i was 190lbs peak….thats not 38lbs of muscle….lol

    but i am just very aware of what i need to do to achieve my goal….so dont negate or fear this. i work with it, knowing full well that i am 100% in control. i CHOOSE to gain weight and body fat, i then CHOOSE to reduce this.

    so to be anxious or unhappy in that process would be pointless.

    got my double paused RDLs up to 151kg x 9 now…honestly such a horrid movement

    im STILL progressing numbers…i really am pleasantly confused by this!
