    Mine is vyomax deluxe

Again it’s very thick when in a shake. Plus love the taste, and the quality seems to match most. Even thou I seem to be favouring real food more.

    Loving the the blog jp.

Now my questions are more strenght based. Due to being a powerlifter (which you know) but someone believing in functional muscle trying to create a Dan Green look.
But if you were setting up a training program around the three main lifts. squat, bench, dead.

How would you go about it. Could we have examples or an article on this please. In a muscle building or fat loss phase and how they would differ.

    Ok cheers jp

Brilliant read so far, I’ve started my own transformation, whilst trying to improve strength for my power lifting, only weird bit is strenght has improved, but in the early stages I look soft? But leaner did not know if that might be a sign carb on training, fats on non training.

Ps put weight on a bit to quick.

Hi Jordan love the new site.

What are the signs would you use for yourself and clients determining if they need a refeed. Ie. Loss of weight to quick or power.?

Also sorry buddy, when best to implement a rest day or training day?

    Regards
    Colin
