Basically I had surgery on my wrist last jan. But started having issues threw the wrist. They believe it’s a tendon issue. So I was just wondering if there anything that would along with the support of wrist wraps

I tried the banded pullover abit awarkward to get into position. But it’s like a completely dufferent movement, also was defo more tension placed of the last threw out the movements. Abit like the machine.

    Mon – bench (push)
    Tues – pull
    We’d – squat (legs)
    Thurs – rest
    Fri – push
    Sat – dead (pull)
    Fri – legs

So I’m looking to start a push, pull, legs split hitting each primary lift once a week, but hitting each body part twice a week.

Anybody any thoughts on how to structure the sessions to maximise growth potential and strenght gains.

Jp or anyone help would be grateful

    Hi jp

    Don’t know if this is a forum ? Or an q n a

So if you were to do a push, pull, legs split how would you combined the three main lifts

    Say
    Mon – bench
    Tues – pull
    We’d – squat
    Thurs – rest
    Fri – push
    Sat – dead
    Fri – legs

Then repeat would you think that would work without taxing to much c n s

    Regards

That’s a brill answer, another question how would you combine periodisation and progressive overload.
Reading a lot of programming ever great program or ones that have results such as fortified by Dr Stevenson, the cube by Brandon lilly, y3t by Neil hill, also juggarnaut by Chad smith. They all have to have this in mind.

    Regards
    Any one else thoughts.
