Thanks for the reply, Peter. Get yourself a drink on holiday. Haha, I hope you’re having fun, pal.Hey Peter, my bloods are below:
Oestradiol 356 (high 41 – 159)
Free- Test 4.085 (high 0.226 – 0.65)
Testosterone 109 (high 12 – 40)
Prolactin 508 (high 86 – 324)
SHBG 15.200 (low 18 – 40)
what are your hormones showing on blood work bud
test
E2
Prolactin

So your Eq is just way to high bud and you need to look at your cycle design better. Now if primo has made you feel bad in the passed then you may be some one that simply doesnt get much of an AI effect from it.
I would adjust your cycle.
400mg test and 200mg Eq – giving 600mg total –I would run this for 6 weeks and re asses bloods and then asses how you feel, if things are better/worse etc and how the blood work correlates.
your job here needs to be to find the drugs that work best for you and were you needy your hormones to be so you feel good and can progress as you wish.[/quote]

Feel like shit on primo also Nathaniel, never tried eq or npp.
I would pull the test down and put in some primo 200/ 200 same total load see how you feel

The brand is Quanta Ryan.

Hi Jordan, the goal is 700mg p/w, to be honest when ever I try primo I feel like shit on that also haha—not tried eq or npp.
If the goal is 400mg total anabolics , I would personally try 150 test 150 primo 100 mast and adjust from there based on e2 sides

Wow
that’s high Peter, can I ask how did/do they treat it?
yes my dad has a prolactinoma that I actually picked up on through private bloods I got for him the NHS missed twice.
His prolactin levels were about 1300 and they swing quite hard from 6-800 up to 1500
-
Thanks Jordan, I’m looking to increase the total to 500mg per week
If I was aiming to stick at 200mg total anabolics , based on these , I would go 140 test and 60 primo , and that imo would see estro just drop back into range

Hi Rhea, Been on this diet for 2 Months, weight is slowly creeping up to half a pound a week, sometimes less.
I also do a fasted morning walk, and my steps at the end of the day is 14,000
How long have you been on this and how has progress been so far? Do you have pics etc? And yes initially add around your workout

Hi Adam, can you recommend a good source for Ashwaganda please?
Yeah if you’re looking for a sleep product then Dream Sleep is the king and works out cheaper than buying all its individual ingredients separately.
Obviously if you are unable to get TBJP products in then look at Ashwaganda, zinc and magnesium for relaxation and sleep aid.
Obviously there is a few absolutely free options for improving sleep quality if on a true budget:
1. Wake and go to bed at the same time each day
2. Limit caffeine intake in the afternoon
3. Get your bedroom cool and dark
4. Avoid using your phone in the hour leading up to bedtime.
I would be ensuring all of these points are ticked off all before spending money on supplements

It’s a nootropic supplement, which will help with cognitive function and focus. It also has a mild stimulating effect and gives sustained energy, without the crash.

Thank you Clare for the detailed response, very much appreciated.
Also, thank you everyone else for responding, it is great forum this.
If you’re in a cut, then overall calories and output will ultimately determine weight loss, however, how you set your diet up will also be important in terms of performance, adherence, muscle retention, satiety, recovery/sleep. Therefore place your carbs where you need them the most. Around the training window will always be a priority to support your training and recovery, then outside of that it will come down to the points I stated above and where you feel they are most useful to you.
You don’t ‘need’ to go completely zero carb on a rest day, but if your energy demand on a rest day is low, then reducing them makes sense.
If you’re in the depths of a prep and don’t have many carbs to play with, then it may be necessary at some point to go zero carbs. For a general cut I don’t see the necessity.

Thanks for the replies everyone, I appreciate them.
On your low days would you recommend cutting all carbs out, and just eating protein, fats, and veg?
-
OK Clare, thanks for the feedback.
Go by time and keep the heart rate up throughout. You don’t need to be specific, but if you’re prescribing LISS cardio and they’re slightly out of breath for the duration, then all good (For most people this will be around 120-140bpm). I’d never go by whatever the calorie burn is suggested by a device as they are never accurate and pointless.

Thanks, Kuba and everyone else this was very halpful
Il give you an example of what I do personally for me and on a smaller scale with clients depending on how their set up is
Generally start prep at around 6000 cal TD 5000 ntd
First change is a 1000 calorie drop and slight step increase from 7000 to 9000
That’s it, generally this sees some epic movement and initially you want to see a higher rate of loss.
If you drop too quick you can always re add food but if you don’t drop at all your wasting time.
