so excited to see the stage look, every pic is just mind blowing. And surely everyone has to admire both the mentality of competing and the attitude of being beaten that you have as well as the physique/look anyway. It’s a passion, understanding and respect for the entire process of the sport.

@jdh haha I miss some of the people and it’s a good little gym tbf but I’ve defo round my right place now and on the right path. can’t even compare this prep to previous ones, I’ve enjoyed every second of it and reignited my little flame for competing! Can’t wait to do it all again.

@corinne thank you for allowing the derail haha. or maybe I’ve just come out of the shadows to reserve a t-shirt/vest…no but in all seriousness this thread is the kind of thing that has helped for the things like prep. reading all the questions and answers, the open-ness of it all, makes a huge difference and I can’t wait for round two and as you say, work hard and then work harder! That is literally my motto for this one. I love it!

@jdh @corinne I’m piping up and not being the lurker in the background haha (and to not make this thread about me of course!) but thank you for such kind words ???? I wouldn’t of got where I am without such a positive, inspiring and motivating coach in the first place! sooo yeah 🙂 bigger and better to come for sure and I’m defo in the best place now!
