how are most of you saying 6 lindt balls?! I’d get about 2 or 3 lol. one in each cheek and one in the middle. I’d just look like a hamster with a gag ball ????????

I ate everything in sight, hungry caterpillar comes to mind but I had the best day and zero guilt! I’m now a fond lover of bread sauce too…why have I never had this before?!

who has an advent calendar?
I’m putting my hand right up here! I’m having one no matter what or how old haha. It’s not Christmas without one and I’ve had mine since end of September. prepared! lol.
have to say we’ve never had a Christmas tradition and it makes me kind of sad so I’m interested to hear others.

What’s the goals that you (and Jordan) have set out for this coming off season?
If you don’t mind me asking, what was the reasoning for added a small amount of assistance? retaining muscle and helping with that extra bit of fat loss?
It’s good to see how long you have been without it, training to your full ability naturally and seeing what you’ve been capable of. I think more females need to do that! -
